L'appartement est très bien équipé, moderne, neuf conforme aux photos. Belle vue sur l'étang de Thau. Cependant, gros problème de climatisation qui faisait un bruit fort tous les quart d'heure nous empêchant de dormir la nuit. De plus, impossible de discuter sur la terrasse : en bas de l'immeuble : station service avec lavage auto et route très fréquentée.
