Holiday Rental in Sète: Located on the first and top floor of a peaceful residence comprised of small villas, this pleasant, air-conditioned 25 m² apartment offers all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay just 500 meters from the beach. The bright living room features a sofa bed (130 cm) and television, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The separate bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet. A 7 m² terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, is ideal for outdoor dining. The apartment is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi access. Private parking space #500 is available in the secure residence, which is gated.
