Very beautiful modern Villa, high quality rental house with 190 m2 and 1 private swimming pool located 100 m from the sea (accessible on foot in 2 minutes) and the white and fine sand beaches for 12 km: one of the most beautiful beaches of Europe.
- SETE - new Villeroy district and at the edge of the Thau lake for surfers and kite surfers from all over the world, lovers of water sports or pleasure (70KM2 of surface).
- Ground floor:
- 1st fitted kitchen area with lounge and dining room of 35 m2 - Air conditioning - 1 WIFI TV sofa - office space - neat decoration - 2 bathrooms with Italian shower + 3 separate WCs - laundry room with washing machine - natural cooling of the house with exhibition

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette villa à deux pas d’une superbe plage et ses paillotes. La maison est très bien équipée et le propriétaire - bien qu’à distance - intervient efficacement ou moindre petit souci. De plus il est de très bon conseil pour les restaurants et le reste. A refaire à la prochaine occasion !
