Newly renovated with high-quality materials (work completed in June 2025), this house combines modern luxury with Mallorcan essence. With 400 m² of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. You will find 4 double bedrooms—2 with en-suite bathrooms—4 additional full bathrooms, 1 outdoor guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious, bright living-dining area.
