The Villa consists of 1 oceanfront Main Villa with 4 spacious bedrooms/bathrooms with private pool and 1 Guesthouse with 1 additional bedroom/bathroom and an additional private pool. Settled in a large garden with private beach access, a seafront Bale, spectacular ocean and North Bali coast line view this property is walled-in and gated and offers 24 hours security guards.
The spacious terraces of both buildings facing the ocean and are equipped with a sufficient number of sun loungers.
The main villa has a fully equipped large kitchen, a spacious indoor dining and living area with Stereo and large Flat Screen TV. Wi-Fi Internet is available throughout the entire villa estate free of charge. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have large en-suite bathrooms with shower units available.
The guesthouse stands sideways behind the main villa and has ocean view and a small fully equipped kitchenette.
The estate site has an additional building housing an el. generator, a garage and a laundry room. The parking lot has sufficient space for several cars. Pool & garden service and daily housekeeping are included in the rental rate. A cook can be provided on request.
The beach can be accessed through a private gate. The sea in this area of Bali is very calm (neither high waves nor strong currents) and perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
