Room is very small. No veiw from room, just a wall of trees. Tv only had 4 channels!! Shower temperature was cold and no hot water.

The hotel is in town close to everything, the rooms are nice,.and they got a hot tub pool.even got jazzcuzzi rooms.

Good location and friendly staff. They are trying to do the best they can with covid precautions, the pre-order hot breakfast is a nice touch. The second day they ran out of coffee and we had to wait a while for more to be made, they have removed the inroom coffee makers so this was inconvenient. We also did not receive any maid service or towel exchange while we stayed, I had to request more towels at the desk and they did not have any clean. So they delivered them to the room about 1.5 hours later. Overall a pleasant stay, seems like they may be short staffed and struggling to keep up with the demands of our new normal and the covid precautions.... but arent we all?! Thanks for a pleasant weekend away.

Very comfortable and loved the hot breakfast options. Only downfall was the lack of elevator

This property was in a great location for our purpose to visit the Olympic Animal Farm to see the smiling Bears. The pool was not available and the breakfast was minimal due the current issues. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. They replaced our remote control after it didn't work.

We love that there is a pool, hot tub and work out room. Our only complaint is the hours of operation. Our responsibilities took longer than anticipated and we really needed to run off some frustration then relax in the hot tub, but it was closed.

Clean, convenient for my purpose, eating establishments near by.

Close to town and state parks. Room was nice, clean, modern, very comfortable bed.

The property is welcoming and clean. Quiet area and great location

The rooms seem like they’re newly renovated which was great. The rooms have a modern touch to it. The things that they could have paid attention to are the black out curtains were used as decorative instead of its usefulness. It was put on the each side of the window but won’t slide to cover the whole window. There’s also no elevators which made moving luggage exhausting. Otherwise, the property has good value.

I had the best night's sleep I've had in a hotel in quite a while! Bed was comfy, AC was great, and I heard nothing from the room next door. The room was nicely decorated, and I love that it had a fridge and microwave. The free breakfast looked great, but was so packed I had to skip it. There's a pool and hot tub but they were indoor, which is not my fave, but does make it more accessible year round. Everything was clean and well maintained. My one "issue" is no elevator for the second floor, and parking was down the hill/slope and required you to climb steps to get the lobby. There was also only one staircase at the far end of the hall from the lobby, so if you were in a room above the lobby you'd have to go all the way down the hall, then all they way back. I know I sound lazy, but when you're traveling you like these things convenient, and some people can't do all those stairs and walking, so it's good to know. And schlepping your stuff to and from the car can be a a pain if you're going up and down hill. BUT, nice hotel, clean, comfy, nice staff. Just a few things to consider if you are at all mobility impaired.

The chemicals in the pool and hot tub were super strong. I'm glad it was clean but the strong chemicals burned my eyes seemed much stronger than many other pools I've been to. Burn I'm so happy there was a pool and hot tub! Staff was friendly and helpful. Fufilled requests in a very timely manner

The room and entry both were very clean. Yet the pool and jacuzzi were murky. Simple morning water shock or chlorine could have solved the problem. On the busy weekend this should be addressed. One staff member talked so fast and crazy I thought she was on something. Other workers were perfectly professional.

Very friendly and helpful staff!!! The location is convenient to downtown Sequim and restaurants.

We came here for the sole purpose to bring kids swimming and we got there and realized the pool is closed down. Didn’t get offered a discount of any kind. We were also told we booked a pet friendly room and we didn’t bring a pet and were not offered to change rooms either. Our room smelled awful. The breakfast was horrible the waffles tasted sour like the batter sat out all night. This place just needs to put its customers first. Quality inn or holiday inn is much better option in this area.

Easy check in and check out with friendly staff members. The rooms were much nicer than I had anticipated. Loved their lavender charcoal soaps. We stayed in the second floor and the room was clean and spacious. There’s no elevator but one flight of stairs is no big deal. Didn’t get to use the pool but we did workout. It’s a small workout room with the essential machines. Centralized location. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We are sorry your stay wasn't as expected. However, in all fairness, our rooms are standard size for hotels. Most rooms have a view of open fields and rolling hills, with the exception of a few. We do not claim to have over looking views of any type. We feature 55 inch T.V.'s with a wide variety of popular channels and HBO. We recommend letting our front desk staff know of any issues and we can correct the issue immediately. We appreciate you staying with us. We hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you.
