We had an amazing time - the cottage is cozy. My kids loved how close we are to the beach, and Olympic Farm. Downtown is also 12 minutes away. The communication - very responsive especially to dos and restaurants in the area. We’ll definitely be back😀

Absolutely breath taking. Sitting in a hot tub with a view of beautiful mountains on one side and water on the other side. Super clean and comfortable. Definitely going to spread the word to friends and family on this gem.

If you’re looking for a private getaway. This is NOT it. We booked the large space so we could have the hot tub during our stay. However, the hot tub is next to a field that is used by people walking their dogs or kids running around and can be seen from the road/neighboring houses. Not private on any type of level. Also, you do not have the whole cottage. There are two other rooms that are rented out. Granted, they are blocked off from your area but if I wanted to be next to someone and hear their alarm clock and footsteps, I would have gone to a hotel and not paid $753 for a two night stay. The “private” beach access isn’t what you would perceive it to be. You are in a group of cottages and walk past all of those to get across the street to the “private” beach access. It’s a very small rocky beach with a slippery hill to walk down. As for the hot tub, it was 96 degrees when we hopped in there and did not reach 103 until the next morning. The water does not stay hot as you are sitting in it. The positives were they let us check in two hours early. It was clean but dated. The bed was comfortable. They provide firewood for your fireplace. I had expected more and something different for the cost of this place. It was extremely disappointing so if you’re reading this, remember, this is NOT a private place. It’s more like a commune.

Relaxing time at the Juan de Fuca Cottages

Loved staying at Juan De fuca Cottages and Suites. The staff was very accommodating. We had a few special request and they accommodated us very nicely. Would definitely come back. They have a snack Store open 24 hours on the honor system.

Not a bad place but for $300 we thought we would at least have a view. Price was too high for the accommodation. Nice private access to the water across the street. The lady who checked us in was very nice. Bed was comfortable.
