New small towels were delivered daily with 2 small bottles of water. As staying for only a week the kitchen facilities were not available to me. The room really needed a good clean full of dust etc plus under the bed was filthy dirty and also behind the bed and bedside table. Very dark woods very depressing and the plus was the location

Zero amenities, room was not cleaned properly there was a mattress on the floor that looked like someone had just slept it when got up from when we arrived. What kind of "four star" hotel has no system for early check-in, late check-out, baggage hold, etc., these are basic facilities you get. Hostels have better facilities. False advertising and total scam.

It was large, there was a kitchen but it wasnt available to use, same with the laundry. The area is nice and quiet compared to the main gangnam street. The elevators are slow, i waited 5 minutes to get from the 5 floor to the lobby. I would have walked but i didnt know if i was allowed to use the stairs. Checking in, ONLY at 4pm, no luggage storage, no early check in. Its close to a tim hortons and a mcdonalds. Close to the train station and busses.

Awful hotel. I stayed more than 2 weeks on this hotel; they only clean every 3 days(which means no new towels everyday). Super dirty, full of dust, thermostat not working. From outside it looks clean. Inside is totally different story. They really need a renovation. Location was OK. If you plan to stay on this property make sure you bring your own towel and cleaning supplies.
