Very clean. The beds (room with 2 twins) were too firm for my liking. Seemed wasteful that they threw away toothbrushes, razors and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel daily and replaced with new ones. The folks at the front desk were not very helpful—would only call a limo for the airport, not assist us with other taxis (eventually had to figure it out on my own and set up Kakao T).

The room was incredibly nice and well cleaned/maintained. Bed was comfortable and the room had AC installed. The hotel has a good location by Sillim station (Line 2) with plenty of other bus routes nearby. Staff were professional and courteous. Overall, fantastic value.
