Hotel was clean and safe! Location, spot on for shopping markets. Most shopping/tourist sites are 5-10 minutes train ride...subway only 2 minute walk from hotel. Purchased breakfast package which was filling and offered various selections. Many restaurants within walking distance if you chose not to eat at Tmark hotel restaurant. Great hotel

For 3 star hotel they did all they can already. Since the location isn’t at main street they must do more to make guests or cab drivers easier to find their way back ! I had a very dull moment with a dumb cab driver who doesn’t speak a word of English, worse yet, he pretend he knew his way and drop off us in the middle of nowhere along with my newly bought leather gloves. Frustrated!

I never write reviews but I feel like I had to share my experience. I have stayed at 5 stars and 4 stars around the world, and as a 4 stars hotel, this was absolutely one of the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was probably the best out of the hotel, although they weren't super friendly but I think that is just their culture, they are professional and answered all our questions and they speak English well. To start off, the noise. We stayed at room 905 and had a group of very very loud ladies at room 904. It was 1am and they were talking and laughing so loud, which shouldn't be a problem because like us they are on vacation too, but I guess the hotel walls and doors are not sound proof at ALL so It was like they were in our room practically. Our room was also very close to the elevator so we can hear EVERYTHING. We were supposed to be there for a week but the first night was so bad that I was about to switch to a different hotel the next day, regardless that I already paid in full. But I thought I would give it a try and instead of bothering the front desk I just wrote them a note and slide it into the room. They stopped right away the first night. But the second night and basically every night after that, I would hear banging and closing cabinets and drawers, and of course talking and laughing all night long up until at least 2am. So the 2nd night I called the front desk and told them next door was being loud and it is 1:30am.

Perfect

Very convenient location with only few minutes walk to Chungmuro Station. There is also airport bus station nearby to the airport. Only need to walk about 10 min to Myeong-dong shopping area. Room is spacious and comfort.

Good stay, mind the aircon, ask for fan.

Bed was a bit soft for my liking. Aircon, it’s true. There is no room control and it was turned off and became stuffy and too warm. They suggested we open the window, but you can hear the chatting from street level even though we were on the 13 floor. They resolved it by sending up a fan, thank you. We spotted some hair on fresh towels, unfortunate. Overall a good place to stay with subway just 3 min walk away.
