If shopping is the intent, this hotel is a good choice for being walkable and proximity to misc stores and markets. Housekeeping kept the room clean and stocked. Front desk staff was inconsistent; check in staff was not so friendly and barely said hello each time we walked in. Othertimes, they were friendly enough. Upon check out, the late crew was more amiable and helpful.

The staff was pleasant, and polite, they were always greeting us upon seeing us. Location was ideal for us too - 5 mins walk to train station. Plenty of food choices and shops. However, the room (I booked) was rather small - space was very tight. There was no way for my friend and I to open our luggage (two medium sized) fully to pack and unpack our stuffs. The space of the bathroom was also quite compact. My elbow always hit the sink when i was sitting on the toilet bowl.

Staff is helpful. In feb, they switched to heater and no option for aircon. Thus, room gets stuffy but staff helped by installing fan in our rooms. There are a lot of trash under the bed, when my kid accidentally shifted the bed.
