Really nice place to stay in a nice area

Really friendly stuff, ability to leave luggage after checking out, really comfy bed and pillows, ability to use freezer in the kitchen and wash clothes free of charge! The bathroom is tiny with shower above the sink, which was a bit unusual, but definitely doable for a 5day stay. Very good location with all the things close and great connection with both metro and buses to get anywhere in the city!

So, the check in was confusing because on Expedia is makes it sound like there will be no one at the property and they will just send you a door code that you'll use to get into the property. That's not true. In fact, it's very easy. There is a kiosk, you enter your reservation info (like just your family name) and it spits out the key to your room. AND there is a very kind man there during the day. They have a washing machine, ice machine, coffee machine, some snacks, etc. in a public area with a stove top. I will def. stay here again. Centrally located, reasonably quiet, no view from my room, but at least a window brought some outside light.

Excellent location right in the Jonggak Avenue of Youth area with Cheonggyecheon Stream, Myeong-dong and Insa-dong in walking distance. Many restaurants, cafes and stores and convenient public transportation nearby. Easy self check-in and check-out, owner and staff were all friendly and helpful. There is a shared kitchen and the hotel offers self serve free coffee and water dispensers and the use of microwave, refrigerator and the washer and dryer combo units (2). Laundry cycle takes about 3 hours and clothes come out piping hot and dry. Walls are paper thin so recommend you bring air plugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall very happy with this hotel.

We absolutely love the hotel it’s small hotel but so comfortable and it’s in the middle of everything 5 minutes walking to myeongdong street close to the Seoul tower .. if I come back to South Korea I will definitely stay there again !! The staff are the sweaters so helpful and always there when you need them !! I’m going to miss them !!

Good hotel, excellent price

This is a nice hotel located in central Seoul. The room is tiny but very priceworthy. There is a washing machine so you can do laundry if you like. Excellent service by the friendly owner!

Super chambre avec lit double super confortable, frigo, climatisation, smart tv, une salle de bain privative. Il y a une salle commune avec une machine à laver et à sécher, des snacks, une machine à café et de l’eau à disposition. Excellente localisation! A 2 min à pieds du métro, dans un quartier vivant! 15 min à pieds pour aller visiter le quartier de village Bukchon Hanok et le palais Gyeongbokgung. Je recommande!

Chambre très propre, avec un service de ménage quotidien sur demande. Le petit plus : un balcon équipé d’une table et de chaises, parfait pour prendre ses repas. Côté équipements, tout est pensé pour le confort : machine à laver/sèche-linge, micro-ondes, cuisine commune bien équipée, et même des snacks à disposition. La guesthouse est idéalement située, entourée de nombreux cafés et restaurants. Les arrêts de bus, stations de métro et navette aéroport sont également à proximité. Mention spéciale au monsieur de l’accueil, particulièrement serviable, merci à lui pour son aide précieuse. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

I enjoyed my stay at Stayz437 very much. It's located in a vibrant area of Seoul, just two minutes away from Cheonggyecheon stream. The room was well noise-isolated which was amazing to get a good night sleep. I had the slighly bigger room with a balcony. The room size is just perfect. There's enough space for your luggage. There's an air-conditioner which was highly needed as the weather was super sunny. The staff let me check-in 20 minutes prior their official Check-in time, which I personally highly appreciated as I was exhausted from the flight. All staff members were very helpful and friendly. They made me feel welcomed on my arrival day. There's a kitchen area, which offers water, coffee and some snacks, plus you can get your laundry done - for free. During my stay they changed the bedsheets and bath towels once, and cleaned the room. Upon my experience I can recommend Stayz437👌
