Well located and connected through transit, small and comfortable rooms.

Great hotel and great location. Super close to subway

Great, budget hotel. Professional staff and excellent location. Will be back again.

Everything was great except for their small single beds and their cleanliness.

We enjoyed staying here and found the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our only disappointment was the "bar lounge." There's a nice advertisement for it in the elevator so we went to check it out one night to find out that it was simply the dining room turned into "lounge" after 9:30 pm. When we were there at 9 pm, they told us it wasn't yet open. The next evening we tried to go at 10:30 pm, but we were told it was closed! What a laugh!

Make sure to confirm with the hotel the AC will be turned on if you plan on staying during the summer. If you're an American, and are used to American standards of hotel room cleanliness, ie spotless, then be prepared to be disappointed.

Perhaps I expected more from Shilla even though it is a lower tier Shilla hotel. Check in was fast but the staff members were not the most welcoming to begin with. The room reeked of cigarette odor which was very disappointing. The room looked different than on the website and overall was not very impressive. Also kind of an awkward distance to the airport bus station. Best western Seoul Garden Hotel would probably be a better alternative in terms of price, quality, service and proximity to the bus station.

Small room but good location and public transportation. If they run restaurant all day long,it would be much more wonderful.

It was a unique experience in a bad way. The reception staff was nice and the facility itself was just fine, but overall service was poor. This hotel needs service minded and experienced housekeeping staff. They often didn't replace the towels and didnt fill up the coffee and tea. The gym was good and you can have a decent lunch on the second floor restaurant. Anyhow, overall not a recommendable hotel.

Small rooms, no in par service compared to competitors. Tried calling the front desk three times for service.
