clean and modern. Excellent location!
Hotel was relatively clean but the room had a lot of bugs flying around. The elevator was really slow, especially during the evening. Also, the parking was always full. I had to park in another parking on More than one occasion
The dirtiest hotel in Korea probably. Disgusting bathroom especially around sink as hairs, soap scums and molds found. Inside the room all wall papers were come off. Please don’t stay at this hotel.
it’s designed very nicely and has a good ambience when you enter. the disappointing aspect is that’s probably the nicest thing about the hotel. when i called the front desk, via phone - I had to call more than once to get an answer (I wanted to ask about parking and if they santise the room due to coronavirus). I also spoke to the restaurant staff on the phone and they were quite rude on the phone. The room was not clean. considering that coronavirus is going on - there was remains of the last guest: wrappers from chips, chips remnants, and other plastic bits. the bathtub was also not cleaned properly - I had to clean it again myself. I would also think that there would be proper attention to grouts but that wasn’t clean either. When I complained the hotel staff told me that they will make a note of it (basically not do anything to fix the situation) I assumed because Shilla has a name to it there would be a level of class but it’s only the interior that was nice. the price, while affordable is more expensive than some other 3 star hotels. Was quite disappointing.
Well located and connected through transit, small and comfortable rooms.
