My room was on the high floor and good view. However, the room was a little warm on the first few days and the AC was not controlled by the room controller. The bath room did not have vent to remove steam after shower and made the room hotter and humid. The amenities were good but they did not have a lounge to sit, either. It is a nice hotel and good basics but few were missing considering the brand Shilla.

Everything was amazing from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. There were no hiccups. Just smooth, professional service throughout our stay. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The location is also great. Very central and convenient for getting to different parts of Seoul. The only area I personally feel could be improved is the room temperature system. The hotel uses a central AC/heating system, so individual room temperature canโ€™t be adjusted based on the season. We visited during winter, and the room felt quite warm, but we werenโ€™t able to turn on the AC to cool it down. The only solution was to open the windows. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality.
