Overall stay was wonderful! I'd consider staying here again. The only thing was the door was heavy so it was loud when it closed and the room was smaller than expected. Other than that, the hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the area was convenient to walk around.

Came all the way from the UK, we’ve had an amazing stay. The staff are very friendly and speak English which helps if your Korean isn’t great, the cleaner is very friendly and greeted us every time we see her! Room is cleaned everyday and fresh water and towels are put out too. Facilities within the room and bathroom are amazing too! Will definitely be returning to South Korea!

Everything is GOOD

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Korea, and for good reason — I truly can’t find any flaws. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel itself is in excellent condition, and most importantly, the staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. The front desk team, in particular, made a lasting impression with their outstanding service mindset. After a long flight, their warm welcome and professionalism helped me relax and feel at ease. Thanks to them, I had a truly comfortable and pleasant stay once again.

Great stay

This was my first time in Korea, and I couldn’t have felt more welcome. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The location is also ideal just a minute walk to the metro and airport bus. The only minor issue we experienced was with the room temperature. The building’s air conditioning was turned off due to it still being cold at night but with it being so hot during the day we couldn’t get the thermostat any lower than 26c even sleeping with the window open. Thankfully the staff gave me an electric fan to use. We had a great stay and would definitely return!
