I loved the location of this hotel and the staff were very helpful. The room was a little small and the bathtub did not drain well. But overall i would stay here again. Such a great location and service. Located close to everything and easy to get to. Also liked that this hotel was known to most taxi drivers so it was easy to get back to the hotel via taxi. Also the hotel is located next to a metro station entrance.

Location was super close to places we needed for shopping eating and all other areas. Staffs friendly and courteous. The room has NamsanTower view and strong water pressure if shower. Will come back again. Down side was former employees protest outside with loud speaker that pretty distracting in front of the building. I highly recommended to the management to settle the disputes by working hard with pledge to resolve the differences but not sure.

Loved our spacious room and amenities. Very upscale hotel and the location was perfect with subway just a feet away and Myeondong shopping center sooooo close.

I chose this hotel based on location and room size. The hotel was what I would call less-than-basic. Other reviewers did not exaggerate the lack of cleanliness. Do not leave your stuff out at this hotel. We had one small cloth bag that was left out to hold jewelry and it was covered in some cleaning spray. They didn't even bother to move it; just sprayed over it so it became garbage. We left out a wireless charger and when we came back it stopped working; it was pretty clear that it had been knocked around There is a terrible sewage smell that is very pervasive and strong that comes up the drain and also at random times in the lobby. The staff were semi-friendly to indifferent. Before check-in I was sent an email saying that as a VIP perk I would receive a free bottle of wine...never happened. When we left for Jejudo for 3 days and specifically asked in front to have our room cleaned the first day and then left alone; we came back to find it was never cleaned despite our telling the front desk..there was a note left under the door stating that we left the "Do not disturb" light on so our room was not cleaned. Not okay. Bad communication between staff obviously. Also protestors out front saying staff were mistreated. Also not okay. I support laborers; will not support abuse. Overall disappointing. Pick a more modern and clean hotel even if it's smaller. Not well maintained. I've been to hotels that are older but immaculate. This is not. Definitely has room for improvement.

Okay hotel, nothing extravagant. If you can get it for a good price then worth it, if not then look for much cheaper accommodation elsewhere. Charge aproximentley $70 USD to check in early.
