MTR is just one minute away from the hotel. Very convenient to travel around Seoul.

Good stay. convenient location. great value for money. strongly recommend.

I stayed 1 night in May 2014 as I transitioned from a week stay at the Sheraton Walkerhill for a conference to a another week stay at the Namsan Hilton for a business trip. This Ramada Hotel was much cleaner and comfortable than I had expected, but the room size was small. I really appreciated the honest staff who held my Note2 cell phone which I had left in the room as I checked out and returned in an hour to retrieve it. I will stay at this hotel again in the future if I am in that area of Seoul.

Great stay, Perfect location for access to the subway. Very friendly staff. Would stay here again!

close to abgujung and any other posh part in Gang Nam.

they had fire one night at the hotel . they told us we will get one night credit but nothing yet.

We wanted to get away at a nice hotel in seoul and this was a good spot to go in the city

“Everything was pretty convenient. Great Staff and location was perfect.

Ramada Hotel Seoul is close to Subway station (less than 10 seconds by foot) and COEX (less than 5 min by taxi). The location was convenient. Staffs were kind and knew how they serve guests. However, room was not comfort as much as other Ramada franchise. Beds had sound from springs and were shaking too much when I lay. Hot water from the sink was not clean. One of staffs answered that hot water was not transparent because of steam. But hot water from the bath was transparent. Also, I found black spots in the restroom. Even though the hotel was old, Ramada Seoul didn’t maintain the restroom well. Most of all, there was no fan in the restroom.

Not a very good hotel for its name. Room looks ok from outside, but when you stay, you find the fridge is empty, there are no toothbrush and toothpaste. It took 10,000W and 3 trips for the staff to get me 2 brushes and 1 toothpaste. Beds are shaky, light controls are stupid and telephone does not work as it shows. When you try to reach frontdesk, do Not press frontdesk, press 0 instead! Who knows why!

Pleasant staff. They helped saved me a ton of cab fare by suggesting instead to take the Airport Bus right to the front steps of the hotel from Incheon Airport. The room was adequate and clean, nothing special. Two major drawbacks, however. First, the internet was spotty and slow in the rooms at best, which really affected what I could do during my trip there. Second, as many have mentioned, the hotel restaurant is beyond pricey. Just be prepared to walk down the street for reasonably priced food, and to go without decent internet, and you will have a lovely time!

I enjoyed my stay that the Ramada Hotel Seoul. It was often confused with the Renaissance by locals, but the room was nice, the staff was attentive, and the location was fantastic. It is a half block from the Bundang Line of the Seoul subway system and in the heart of Gangnam. The room was very reasonably priced compared to the most expensive hotels in Seoul and still was in excellent location and the KAL Bus stops here. The wi-fi was a bit slow and the staff member told me it was because the hotel was near full. I used the LAN line, which sped things up.

Stayed 5 days for business. Was perfect. Great gym and spa. Good breakfast. Good location. Request view of Royal Tomb park behind hotel. Great views. Go for a walk in the park-spectacular.

I was attending a conference at the COEX in Gangnam and the adjacent hotels cost $250-$300. The Ramada was $110. There is a very comfortable KAL bus (#6704) that goes directly from Incheon Airport to the hotel with only one other stop. The cost is $15. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the COEX which was fine with me. There is also a bus available. The hotel is slightly dated and not particularly elegant, but the room was comfortable and clean, and the included breakfast was good. There is a spa and fitness center which I did not use. The staff was personable. My only complaint is that the internet was slow. Considering the attractive price and quality, I would definitely stay here again.

dark, dirty, smelly. It was 4star hotel some (long) time ago. Dusty stuff in the room, extremely slow wireless internet connection, totally broken chair, extremely old towels, no US news TV channel (even Ramada is US chain). Breakfast over $40 - ridiculous!

I have stayed at this hotel in Gangnam area several times and it is a very good choice for an English speaking business traveler. The best part of the hotel is the convenience of the KAL limousine bus from Incheon airport. You buy a ticket at the KAL bus desk at the airport terminal (ask the info desk where it is if you can't find it). Pay the reasonable ticket price with a credit card, and they'll help you catch the bus right outside the next door. It will take you right to the front door of the hotel.. The return trip is just as easy. And buses leave every half hour or so (check the schedule). At the hotel the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are above average Asian hotel rooms with comfortable beds, light controls, multi-function toilets etc. There is a nice breakfast buffet every morning where you can select whatever looks good (the key to happiness for a business trip to Asia for me is to start the day with a good breakfast :) There is a very nice workout room in the basement, complete with free and machine weights, lots of cardio equipment, and even an indoor golf driving range. I purchased a deal that included breakfast, sauna (which looked nice but I didn't use), exercise room, happy hour (which I was always busy). - and I thought the entire package was a good value. I have also stayed at some of the nearby hotels at the COEX but found them to be more expensive and less convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Affordable, clean and greatly located. Subway right outside (Bundang Line, Seonjeongneung Station). Also right next to the Seolleung park Royal tombs. The staff is friendly and dedicated.

Pros: Airport limousine stop right at the front door. Convenient stores, fast food and resturants within walking distance. Cons: Noisy from dusk to dawn due to subway #9 construction (It may take a couple of years to complete). No free internet access.

The Ramada was a strong walk uphill from the subway (in the rain). Hotel staff very friendly and completely helpful. Room was lovely - with the one exception of a VERY HARD mattress! I had to double up the quilt to get any comfort at all. But everything else was first-class. Have to say, their doorman was absolutely the BEST! Handy to have the bus leave for the airport from right in front of the hotel, too. Would stay there again.
