Has everything you need. Stove, Big fridge, washer dryer. Excellent room.

overall was good to stay,,, but the wifi did not work properly. every 3-5 minutes, I had to reset my applications. also, the size of room is not big enough.

I last stayed at this hotel a few years back and loved the location and general convenience. Nothings really changed from then. I would recommend this place if you need to stay in Gangnam and plan to used the subway frequently.

Hotel is in a great location, close to subway and lots of restaurants. It is clean and great for extended stays due to the washer in the room. I have stayed here many times and will continue to.

I travel to Seoul about three times a year. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling from outside the country. Because the hotel offers a convenient location, good amenities, and friendly staffs. If you are looking for a Marriott type of hotel, this is not it. But if you want to stay at a hotel that is somewhat spacious and is located in the heat of Gangnam, then this hotel is probably the best hotel that can offer what you are looking for. I paid around $100/a night at this hotel during a non-peak season. You cannot beat this deal. Plus, a washer/drier helps a lot since I don't have to pack much clothes.

The hotel's location was great. Airport bus stops almost right in front of the hotel and it is close to a Metro station. The room was clean and efficient but not comfortable. There is a small desk, but there is no desk lamp. The bed was very hard. The air condition and hot water control panels only had Korean and if you don't read Korean you get confused. There is a sink and stove and washing machine in the room, and a refrigerator. That was great but there was no microwave. There was also no iron board and iron. What was the point of having a washing machine? The biggest problem was the noise. My room faced the busy street. In the middle of the night, I felt I was sleeping in the middle of the street! I was woken up many times by all kinds of noises: traffic, police cars, people walking or coughing upstairs, and the buzzing refrigerator. Luckily on the second night I was so tired from the previous night and from the activities during the day that I was sound asleep until 4am. I probably won't stay here again. There was also a funny top floor that had only a bare mattress. I couldn't figure out what that was for. For a couple with a small child? It was a waste of space to me. There was a coffee shop next to the lobby but it didn't look inviting and I didn't even want to try the breakfast there. There is also an Outback Steak House, which was great.

clean room good location very convenient location love the hotel

Great location in Gangnam Seoul and very clean and comfortable room! love the in room laundry.. will stay next time

Oh it was perfect hotel! Good staff! Great area!!! It was literally 1 or 2 minutes walking away from the subway which would lead you anywhere!!! Perfect!! I highly highly recommend!! I stayed a total of 17 days and could not have been happier! If your thinking of considering this place I highly recommend it to you!

The female staff did not pay any attention, and lacked professionalism. The hotel did not have any amenities, and location was poor. Not too many places to eat. Room was rather dirty, Old and out dated. I could not understand the extra bed with no sheets or bed frame. It looked like a make out spot you find at some dark alley way. It's not worth the money to stay at this place.

The hotel was located in a convenient area. There was a convenient store and coffee shop nearby. The kitchen was useful. Howevern, the quality of bed was awful.

The Provista Hotel in Seoul is an excellent value for money deal. The hotel is comfortable and very well located at walking distance from 2 Metro stations covering lines 2 and 3; Hence, giving you access to all of Seoul. The neighbourhood of the hotel is also convenient with many stores and restaurants nearby. The staff is very nice and professional.
