This was my second stay at this hotel and I was more than happy to be staying there again after a few days in another region. It was reasonably quiet and had good facilities, including fridge, microwave, kettle and sink within one of the cupboards. The decor is dated. The hallways were a bit smelly. The first room I was given smelled of cigarette smoke. The rooftop garden is very rundown and has no view. Probably just a smoking area.
