Great stay overall! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The location made getting around super easy, with quick access to public transportation just steps away. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. Lovely hotel in great central location. Very clean and well styled. Modern and chic. Self check in was easy and they let us check in slightly early which was ideal after a long flight. The TV is huge and you can borrow a cable to connect iPad too if you want to watch your own content which was a plus!

Good: breakfast menu, staff service, staff friendliness, location of hotel. All staff speak fluent English and Korean. Bad: noise of the air conditioner can be loud. There is no way to turn off motion sensor in the room that turns on the doorway light. The gym/fitness centre is very small, enough for max 2-3 people.
