Great stay, staff is very helpful, beds are so comfortable and it is in a great location. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seoul. You will not be disappointed. Thank you and will stay again in the future.

Modern, fun edgy hotel just off the busy streets of Gangnam. The club floor offers a great selection of tea, wine and cocktail in the evening. Definitely work making a pit stop here. The breakfast is also outstanding, love the abalone porridge. Chinese restaurant is also super authentic, the sea cucumber dish is a knock out, try it!

Room service Leo, he is a very kind person with excellent service. Here in le meridian, good service, friendly staffs, comfortable environment, I strongly recommend this place for travelers to stay while visiting soul. It is near Gangnam station with convenient food and shopping places.

1. Breakfast: Hotel has less seating and capacity than the guest demand. Tell you to come at 8 am or make you wait in line...never seen this before anywhere in the world at Le Meridian hotels. They obviously need to extend the breakfast hours. 2. Gym: Hotel has a membership for public and it is too full and guests cannot workout. No one cleaning machines, very gross. 3. Spa: Hotel has a membership for public and super full. Old men spitting everywhere super gross!!!! 4. Club lounge: the hotel cannot meet the demands of the guest they charge. Too full. If they cannot offer the lounge, they should not charge. Wanna wait in line for club lounge??? So fun!!! So luxury 5. Pool: Too full of little kids. Open to public swimming and kids classes. Cannot swim. No adult-only swim hours. Not luxury. Can't even use. 6. I came back to the room after leaving and the food services had left my door ajar for 4 hours with cash and my tech gear. They said the doors should self shut, but in both, my rooms they didn't and the staff is not pulling it closed. 7. Ordered from the menu "Mushroom Potato Pizza" for in-room dining. They brought me Mushroom and Potato CHIP Pizza. (What is that???) No potato and then the staff fought me about it. 8. Ordered vegetarian congee from the vegetarian menu and they served with a BEEF side dish. 9. Room has no sound proof. Can hear kids screaming in hall and people talking when walking by. Can hear people above you stomping around. They used cheap materials and cheap building method so all noise can hear. NOT LE-MERIDIAN STANDARD! Stay away and find more luxury hotel...not one trying to rip the guests off by spreading resources too thin and have trained staff. NOT 5 STAR!!!!

I stayed at this hotel twice, last time with my mom in July 2019 and had excellent stays both times. Staff is very friendly and professional - always greeting and saying hi in the lobby. Valet always said hi to as we walked out. Concierge is great - we called from our room and they have someone deliver bottles of water, adapter, etc. Room is comfortable and nice furnishings. Would definitely recommend.

Le Meridien Seoul is one of my favorite hotels, EVER. The facilities are very modern and the service is exceptional. The rooms and club lounge are a good blend between modern and classic design. Most important to me, the bed is super comfortable, the gym is world class, and the lounge service is #1. I could spend all day in the lounge, they offer afternoon tea and happy hour that beat out more restaurants. Breakfast on the first floor is super decadent as well. The gym has tons of equipment, although they don't have a real squat rack (just the guided one). However the korean bath has to be experienced as it is fantastic. Special recognition to Julia in the lounge along with Irene Kim at the front desk.

Pretty good and convenient hotel for a very affordable price.Bed was comfy. Toilet was neat and clean. Staffs were helpful and friendly especially Kim. Could improve the food though. Overall was satisfying.

I stayed at the ale Meridien last weekend for my best friend’s birthday. I loved most of my time here. We stayed in the deluxe room with a balcony because I was hoping to have my bestie’s b-day breakfast on the balcony with nice views but due to the typhoon passing, it was impossible to do so, this we had our breakfast in-room (another post). The room itself was nice - not too spacious but just right, I guess. The bathroom and overall space was clean, modern and just the way I like it. The bed was very comfy, and amenities of the room were spot on as well. I preordered a bouquet of flowers from the hotel prior to coming and I asked for it to be ready and waiting in room upon our check in - and it was. They also offered a cute heart cake/pastry sweets for her and a card which was nice. I loved the views from the balcony and even though I do not live too far away, I was mesmerized by the views especially into North Seoul. I’m not a big TV watcher, but enjoyed the late night snack watching movies into the wee hours of the morning 😅😂. I was very comfortable here, and I’d recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable 5⭐️ hotel in Gangnam within walking distance to the main shopping/entertainment area. I’d stay here again - it left me with a ‘home-feeling’ and that’s big👍🙏🙂❤️ Aside from that, what I was not fully satisfied was the chaos that unraveled at the pool. I was there from 2 pm - 9:50pm and could not enter the pool for my free swim and training until 9:15pm it so because there were tons of people with kids splashing and yelling for most of the time. There were no live dividers so there wasn’t even one lane available for a free swim; and instead there were people and kids going from all sides vertically and horizontally. I have never seen such a pool zoo and no one controlling it. I was patiently waiting but to wait 7 hours for a swim is just ridiculous! I have never experienced this at a 5star hotel. This can be easily sorted if one lane divider is out up and dedicated to those who want to swim. This really should be taken into consideration. Aside from that and one small incident at the end of check in with concierge who did not seem to want us help fetch out luggage despite us standing there and ya having to ask hi. To assist us. Everything else was great and the food real good too. I posted more reviews of this hotel and its fantastic grounds on Instagram. If you’d like to read more check them out @katfuz

very nice hotel with a amazing and comfortable bed!! the service is also great, especially Ryan Kim , who does a great job and is very friendly!!! Also, the location to my view is nice because its next to lots of restaurantes.

My stay here could not be more spectacular. From the room and the comfortable bed, to the staff at the Concierge lounge. There were a couple of hiccups but the staff made everything right with a degree of attention which was very special and really made me feel like a valued Bonvoy Titanium member. (2,300 Lifetime nights). At the end of my stay, the ladies at the lounge gave me a hand signed good bye note and small token (chocolate). This was both a surprise and a delight and it made my desire to return even greater than before, as well as bringing a smile. The bed was great, the quiet was great, the food was great and the service was exceptional, especially during the few miscues which occurred. I will be back, and this is my goto hotel of choice - close in to the underground, and pleasant in every sense of the term. THANK YOU.
