The apartment is very large and allowed our family of five to have space when needed. The location is excellent, close to everything by easy walking or public transport (Metro and buses). Views from the 32nd floor are amazing and we enjoyed watching the city wake up every morning and then keep going in the evening. Great energy from being in the heart of the city. A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. The host was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival I failed to receive instructions on how to enter the property. it was hot, just got off our flight, and had to wait to until the instructions came in. we also did not have instructions on the alarm for the door, so immediately it went off, and as i do not speak korean we struggled to turn it off for about 10 minutes and it was blaring loud. inside the unit it is very lovely and spacious for seoul. unfortunately the fridge did not work either. there are fees for leftover trash, unclean unit upon exiting, and for early and late exit. in korea, you can not dispose of your trash on sundays, so you must do it the other days of the week. my check out was on sunday and i thought i could dispose it in the trash room but you can not. instead we decided to accept defeat and pay the trash fee, but the cleaning crew ended up just leaving my trash on the street. if i knew of this option i would have done it to avoid a trash fee lol. can’t win them all. also, dont overuse the a/c and water. there is a fee for that too. i enjoyed the area and unit but not the fee after fee after fee. this was my first time in korea, and the area was definitely safe, near a bus stop, and has many small business below it.

We had such a great trip to Seoul and really enjoyed this apartment. It is very clean and in a great building and general location. The apartment was just as described and we had everything we needed. We had a little bit of trouble accessing the instruction documents and the owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks!
