Worst hotel.

It was a really dirty hotel. The smell of mold (like a basement) was so strong that I had to cover my nose with my clothes to sleep. I asked for a room change, but it turned out they just moved me to the room next door. Nothing had changed. It was truly a painful experience for six days.

The staff greeted me warmly with genuine smiles and made every effort to ensure I felt welcome and cared for throughout my stay. Every interaction was professional, kind, and thoughtful — it’s clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and immaculately clean. The lobby is elegant and inviting, with a modern design that creates a sense of both luxury and comfort. My room was spacious, quiet, and perfectly appointed, with every amenity thoughtfully provided to make my stay comfortable.
