Seoul sophistication with a French twist.

I want to give special praise to staff member George. He was incredibly welcoming, polite, and informative. Being bilingual, he helped me and my daughter communicate with ease, which made a real difference to our stay. His warm manner, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills made us feel comfortable straight away especially as this was our first time travelling to Korea. The overall experience at the hotel has been exceptional. I particularly recommend the in-room dining for lunch it was a highlight. The ambience and décor of L’Escape Hotel are stunning, with a dark, “Interview with the Vampire” French elegance. You can really sense the thought and consideration that has gone into creating an authentic experience for guests it never feels automated or generic. Having stayed in other five-star hotels in South Korea, I’ve often found the rooms to feel very “cut and paste.” L’Escape Hotel, however, truly transports you into another world. I absolutely loved my stay and will be returning soon. Xxx

Everything was very good with his hotel but when I asked to take some fruit to the room I cannot do so because it was against the rules. This just put me off a five star hotel that you cannot take out some fruit from breakfast therefore spoiling most of the day for me sounds a bit petty but a nice place is expensive. Should not have a problem with taking some fruit.

Overall an incredible experience at a gorgeous hotel. Upon arrival we were immediately made to feel welcome. We were offered a room upgrade which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and a cool, quiet refuge from the hot and bustling city. The customer service was one point (shout out to Lucas who helped us get dinner reservations). Loved every minute of it and would definitely return!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is polite and always ready to help. Clean rooms, a Michelin-starred restaurant with delicious food! The decorations are very beautiful and there is a scent of French perfume! The interior looks luxurious! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends!

This was the ugliest and most pretentious (for no reason) hotel I have ever stayed in and we have traveled all over the world. The dark red rooms and hallways were depressing. The funky keys to the rooms were silly and difficult to cart around. The hotel signature sent was terrible and headache inducing. We stayed only one night and even having to pay for 2 nights it was worth it to move hotels.

We loved it so much !

We were extremely comfortable, the bed was clean and the comforter was so fluffy. There was goood ac. The bathroom was lovely and super clean. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day. Also we would like to mention George, Peter and Luna for excellent customer service attentive care and accommodation. Thank you really to the whole staff there.
