Overall a great stay! Staff was very accommodating! I spoke some Korean, but even if I didn't, most of the check-in staff had no problem communicating in English. The laundry room was easy to use. The only headache I had was taking the correct subway exit to find the hotel. Online, it said 5, but Subway Exit 1 is the closest.

The room was clean and well kept. The staff were absolutely amazing. The best part was that they still allowed you to use the air conditioner even though it is winter. The cherry on top is the air purifier in the room being someone who suffers from allergies and asthma year round that was amazing. 10/10 would highly recommend this hotel for people to stay at.
