Excellent hotel

Hotel is beyond our expectation. Very friendly staff at the reception, clean and comfortable rooom, nice view at the A-View floor with breakfast to prepare a good day to start. Price is reasonable. Very good location - 10 to 15min walk to meongdong (can take subway but we prefer walk to enjoy the site seeing), easy access to Namshan. We get to the hotel by airport bus (3 min walk from drop off to hotel); airport bus stop across the street where you can get back to airport. We will stay the same hotel next time.

Enjoyable trip in Korea

The hotel is near to Chungmuro station exit 4. It is very clean but a bit walk to Myeongdong. Overall we still recommend it as it is so much quiet. Very safe as there is a police station next to the hotel. Airport bus 6001 is opposite the hotel. Very convenient.
6001/ 6015 airport bus for Incheon airport. Journey around 1.5hrs.

Fantastic location and spacious

Location was amazing - less than 2 mins walk from the airport shuttle drop off at hanok village, less than 5 minutes walk from chungmuro station and 10 minutes walk away from myeong dong station (which is also a very popular pick up location for the day tours). Check in and check out process was seamless and was completed in barely 5 minutes. Recommended!!

It is recommended.

We stayed in 8th floor. Room was clean and comfortable. Mattress was firm. Bedsheet was clean and soft. Room had high ceilings and nice windows. It was quiet. Air conditioning system was very good and quiet. One thing to notice was lighting system. Brightness was needed at night. Front desk was helpful. Location was very convenient, close to Myeong Dong. We definitely come back in the near future.

Highly recommend the hotel.

It is very convenient to the subway. It is a new facility, so it is in good condition. The staff were a very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the 14 floor is nice and you get a good view of the city and have a leisurely breakfast. My only complaint is the window in the shower that looks out into the room. It is a little odd to be able to watch the person you are sharing the room with take a shower.

Decent Hotel and value for money

A decent hotel and room size there is a 24-hour Emart convenient store and G25 convenient store just outside the hotel. Consider about 15-minutes walking distance to Myeongdong but I would rather take the subway to Myeongdong. The Chunmuro Station (exit 4) is just about 5-minute walk from the hotel, it is just one stop to Myeongdong and 2 stops to the Dongdaemun Station, about 10-minute taxi ride to the Seoul Station. There is no airport limousine bus stop at the hotel.

One of the best hotels I experienced

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Everything is well thought through. Super clean. Great central location. I stayed 9 nights, and they passed very fast. Only on 1 night I had a strange housekeeper who didn't really clean anything, just changed location of some items to create an illusion of work. But it was untypical. All other nights housekeeping service was great. Also, not all of their front desk agents speak English. But still, I'm happy about this hotel in general.

Location was great, but felt room service could have been better. It was warm in the room and warm outside, I called front desk about air conditioning and I was told they do not turn on air conditioning until the month of May, so ended up leaving windows open at night (this hotel is on a very busy street even at night so open window meant lots of noise).
