As a frequent Travelers I will place this hotel at the top of my recommendation it was the highlight of my trip to Asia which included the Tokyo Macau and Seoul. The hotel is luxurious great location beautiful to say the least but also the staff including the concierge the front area manager the front desk were awesome people highly professional courteous polite and very Hospital. I even made to few networks working with the beautiful polite professional concierge Rose Lee and connected her with the Tampa Bay Area concierge Association at my home City Tampa Bay Florida. I'll give this hotel five stars all day long and I highly recommend it

The hotel staff very helpful, the hotel lobby glamours, but the room temperature can’t set below 23.5c, very warm make me sweat. The hotel response to AC concern by citing government standard for saving energy, not sure if that’s true. The room sometimes smell sewerage. I stay for 7 nights and asked to change room on 3rd day, but get reply straight away that’s not possible. In my opinion, this hotel maybe good for people on business account who do not give a damn what they pay for, but not personal traveller/holidays maker who count every dollars spent.
