Good Location, next to Yongsan Station and the i-Park mall Clean Room Good View , either Han River or the Namsan Tower But the front desk staff is ''so-so'' I arrived at 2 for check-in The staff said the check-in time should be 3 it is only an hour I didn't see if there was any difficulties for the to ask us to wait for one more hour with rooms available they finally agreed to check-in for us but I really felt disappointed they should have been more helpful instead of pretending to be doing us a very very big favour to us I am not making a unreasonable request, it is just checking-in one hour earlier with plenty of rooms available I checked-in at 7 in the morning for free in the Novetel in Myanmar in July 2019 and that is what we called a good service

We chose to stay at this hotel because it is literally a few steps away from the train station. There is also a mall and a lot of restaurants nearby. During the cold months, you don't even have to walk in the cold because it is already connected to the train station. The hotel rooms are very clean with complete toiletries. Service was very efficient and the hotel employees are very accommodating. They can help you if you have any questions regarding tours, restaurants, shopping, or just getting around Seoul. They will even guide you on the best day to purchase a tour based on the weather.

Seoul Dragon city Ibis - Located in Yangsan, well connected easily to Yangsan station. Its a little out of the way the surrounding area is yet to be developed. So in hindsight when I return to Seoul I would stay either Myeong-dong or Gangnam. These areas are all well connected via the amazing Seoul underground. 30mins walk to Itewon though you would need a map. So this is the hotels downside it is not located where tourists would want to be. It added `quite a bit of wasted time getting back and forth to the hotel. Still very interesting expeieince. Possibly a tourist shuttle would be helpful. A new hotel or group of hotels the massive development house's 3 Hotels with a unique architectural design. The price was pretty good full buffet breakfast included everything was shiny and new. Our room on the 28th floor had incredible views of Seoul city & I would say we were on the north east side. It was spectacular. Very quiet the hotel was very peaceful overall. Comfortable twin beds good linen pillow completely satisfied. The breakfast was pretty Good. For the price it was completely adequate & plenty of space. In the end it was not the perfect location though the experience was interesting and ensure we had to do heaps of logistical planning to get about which I am really good at. Directly below the hotel is the electronic district of soul city which was useful for our needs. This is an amazing city open for business like Sydney was 20 years ago. I was not unhappy about this hotel choice !

overall was good except electric maintenance at the middle of night, felt unsecured. direct bus between ICN airport and hotel, very convenience. staffs speak good English. connected to train and metro station, easy access to downtown.

I took a red eye flat and needed a rest badly. Arrived at hotel at 9am but was told room wasn’t ready so I dropped off my luggage. Before this, they already got my reservation details wrong. Tried to check in again at 2.20pm but was told hotel policy is to allow check in only after 3pm, I asked if exception could be made. The reply was “there is no room that is cleaned and ready”. I asked “not a single available room?”, and I was told “yes, no room is cleaned but will be cleaned at 3pm”. I gladly accepted that all responses and sat beside the check in counter. To my horror, guests who came right after me to check in and was given access to their room. I’m appalled at such customer service. I’m too tired to want to speak to these customer service personnel. Never ever faced such lies before in my travel in the past 15 years. I will advise to never stay at this brand. - signing off @ 2.38pm

I enjoyed my stay at the Ibis Hotel located in the Seoul Dragon City (Yongsan) area of Seoul. It was affordable and close to Yongsan Station (train station and connected to a mall). The front desk staff easily arranged a taxi when applicable. The check-in process was very smooth and easy and the staff was very professional and willing to assist! The rooms are nice and bedding is comfortable to me. The queen beds in my room were close together as I believe the room may be considered “small” in size as it was not as spacious between the two beds. The price of the stay and the convenience outweighed the size of the room to me. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location since it is linked to Yongsan station. You can take itx to Chuncheon for day trip. There is also a mall nearby and a huge e-mart that sells groceries, local products etc. From the hotel, you can take airport bus #6030 for 15,000 won, takes you to Incheon airport directly. Member recognition for Accor (Gold) is good, received welcome drink vouchers and a can of beer, a bottle of mango juice, and a pack of nuts. All was going well until the second night. In the evening, when I returned to my room, I couldn't find my medium-sized white teddy bear on my bed. Figured housekeeping must have packed Bear away by accident, but hotel staff said they could only try finding out from housekeeping at 9am the next day. Since Bear had a lot of emotional significance, it was hard to not be worried... Went down to the reception the next morning and specifically told them to look for Bear in the used linen etc, and they did manage to find it, thankfully! Felt that staff could have been more sympathetic and apologetic to the entire situation ... afterall, it was indeed a mistake by housekeeping to pack away a pretty huge teddy bear without noticing.

Though hotel room is very small, there was view of han rivewer. I could enjoy in sauna and hot water spa that was the most impressive part of the hotel. Breakfast was not such great but fair enough. Overrall it is value for the money

Not only it’s clean and has great service, my favorite part is the free access to their sauna. It provides soap, towel, herbal hot tub, and sauna room. The showers are clean and spacious. I hardly showered in the hotel room because the sauna was so relaxing! The breakfast was plentiful! Quality is ok but you can eat to your hearts content. Location is super convenient to all the shopping and trains. Hence we’ve stayed here more than twice now.

First timers to Seoul. Located to nearby station and subway but not much shopping/food around area except at train station. Assistance at checkout and request for taxi was exceptional 👍. Platinum Accor members but had to request for breakfast and room upgrade.
