I’ve stayed at this hotel more than once. There are so many reasons why this place is a gem. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Whether it’s storing luggage or providing directions, they are patient with foreigners when checking in and checking out. Many cool amenities like a rooftop lounge and hot bath. The location is surrounded by fun, trendy shops and amazingly delicious places to eat. Even after areas normally close, you can find late night snack options. There is so much more too. Would certainly stay here again!

This is one of the best hotels in Insadong

Our brief stay at ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong was top notch! Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff greeted and welcomed us warmly. We were quickly checked in and given early access to our room. The lobby was very clean and well organized as were the restrooms on the first floor. The seating area has a great view of the street. Hotel location is excellent-it is walking distance to many places of interest for visitors.
