Location is excellent, but was a bit disappointed in a few areas given the price. The beds weren't comfortable and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. There was also a motion activated light right above the bed which would constantly turn on in the night. The staff eventually removed it, but I wondered why it was designed that way, must be a problem in other rooms...

Self service laundry is available. There are 3 large washers and dryers on the 11th floor. The cost is 5000 won per load. Front desk provides detergent free of charge. You need to use 5 x 1000 won notes for each machine.

Property is in the hub of Myeongdong with easy access to buses, subway station and airport limousine is a short 2 min walk from Hotel Vert. Plenty of food, shopping and things to do all around the Hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Special thanks to Javi at the front desk for all his help!

Come here for the location not the service.

Service was kind of lacking-- we had multiple problems with our room and while it was taken care of, it wasnt the type of hospitality we had come to expect from other bookings. Additionally the hotel charges an amount to your card (rather than a hold) and to get it back you need to remember to return in a receipt rather than it auto refunding after check out like every other hotel I've ever been to. Was weird for sure. The best thing about this hotel is the location which can't be beat.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Vert! From lobby to our room everything is perfect. Situated in the middle of myeongdong but we barely hear the noise. Few steps to train & bus station. We are already planning to book our stay for our next trip to Seoul 😊

I love my room. I got the corner room on level 4, room number 404, a twin room. It's plenty big for 1 person. There's a mini kitchenette, a full size fridge and freezer, a mini sitting area and a wardrobe :). I was surprised with the full size fridge, I hardly ever come across one while traveling. Kept all my drinks cold. The location is convenient, take exit 6 of euljiro 1 ga station and the entrance is right next to the apple store. Lobby is located on level 3. The staffs are very friendly and fluent in english, so there's no worry of getting lost in translation. If you love shopping, the hotel is right at the heart of myeongdong shopping street. There's plenty of food options from korean barbeque to sundae gukbap to kalguksu. And the night market is another great option too. For airport transfer to Incheon international, the hotel is 2 minutes walk from the limousine bus stop near Rimowa shop. The main reason why I stayed at Vert was because I was travelling with a friend. As she was staying here, I thought I would too. And at the time of booking, the hotels around Seoul were going sold out left and right because BTS j-hope concert. I'm glad to have come across your available twin room. I love the green colour scheme throughout the hotel, very calming. The lobby floor has a weight scale, so if you're worried about going overweight with your luggages, you can definitely check before going to the airport :). Will stay here again, on my next visit :).

Beautiful lobby Good service from staff Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms with a full sized fridge and a kitchenette with kettle, microwave and some simple utensils! Water dispensers at certain floors (not all) Laundry room with 3 dryers 3 washers which work very well Excellent location, with Olive Young just across and great coffee next door (UPND) and the Green line metro that’s very well connected (Hongdae + Seongsu, etc). Two issues 1. they gave us a room with a connecting door, and the late night noise from the guests next door really affected our sleep. (We booked a twin room) 2. The safe is not big enough for my laptop, but could probably fit an iPad.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vert. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—they even assisted in receiving and holding my parcel a month before my check-in, which I really appreciated. While the room itself was compact, as is common with many hotels, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. I also liked that the room came with a large fridge and a freezer, which was a convenient bonus.

Close to shopping and airport shuttle station - Bus 6015. They also have multiple commercial washer and dryer (5000 won per load) for guest use. Big bathroom with good shower. They also provide you with bottles of water in the frig everyday, and also a water station. No coffee machine. Bagel shop on the 1st and 2nd floor for breakfast and snack closing at 8:00 pm.

Clean and comfortable hotel in Myeongdong

We had a comfortable stay at Hotel Vert. It’s just a few steps away from the shops and restaurants in Myeongdong. Bus stops and metro stops are also nearby. The room has a tiny kitchenette hidden behind a cabinet door. It would have been great if they offered coffee and tea in the room. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is a good sized one.

This location was perfect for our staynin Myeongdong. Restaurants and shopping were within steps! Subway was vlose by too. We opted to walk a lot..maje sure you wear comfortable shoes. The staff were friendly and if you want to wash clothes there are facilities available. This place is so convenient!

small issues but overall great

Great location - easy to spot and get dropped off by taxi - just around the corner from the Apple store and the sliding door next to the Statue of Liberty outside of the bagel place lol. The reception floor is small, staff spoke English and there were no problems. Saw a few families re-packing in the lobby and it was very crowded. Room was ok, bed was two very hard mattresses pushed together, and the pillows were comically super inflated and poofy compared to the bed. The bathroom was mostly okay but there were a few mysterious toilet drips that weirded me out. Half the outlets and USB ports in the headboard electronics area didn't work. It wasn't at all shabby though - everything else was fine - room was modern, had a view of the street. It was cold outside but got hot inside, there is only a heater so had to open the windows to cool down. Mini fridge was good, didn't use the stove. Little table to eat at was nice, and tv was nice. Wifi available per room. Staff helped to hold bags after check out - they can also schedule taxi to the airport if you schedule the day before. Overall a good choice if you're the independent type and don't need a lot of help from staff.
