Staff were really friendly and able to meet requests made, the view from the hotel was incredible and the location was great, right next to a station and convenience store. The breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of options to choose from. The room was clean and spacious and so was the bathroom.

Amazing stay! The location is perfect—Exit 10 with a lift brings you right to the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view. What really stood out was the staff: always friendly, helpful, and greeted us with warm smiles every time we walked in or out. They made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Daily free bottled water, fresh towels, a microwave, and a water dispenser were great touches. The cozy café on Level 2 was a nice spot to relax, and the S25 convenience store next door made everything super easy. Only minor thing—the room lighting was a bit dim, and there wasn’t a full-length or makeup mirror. Overall, highly recommend thanks to the wonderful service and comfort!

Great hotel. Close to Seoul Station and theres a subway station outside the door. The room was spacious for one. Cute shower with a tub. There was no lockbox in the room, but then again S. Korea is safe. I'd come back.

Great location

The hotel is clean and modern and located conveniently at exit 10 of Sookmyung women's university. Rooms are average sized, though the bed is a bit hard. Breakfast is good at a charge of 15K won. Nearby it is within walking distance to eateries like Kyochon Chicken.

Fuss free and cosy hotel for our 7 nights stay. We are a family of three with a teenager and the room was spacious enough for us with room to move around. Like the laundry room rest area where you could do your laundry and also heat up food as they have microwave and water dispenser for hot and cold with ice too. A few things to note: there is no hand wash basin at toilet cubicle and so you have to wait for other bathroom to be available to wash your hands. We always have sanitizer so not a problem. If you take the bathtub room then need to note there won’t be standing shower and have to climb in and out of bathtub when showering. May not be suitable for elderly. Overall a wonderful time with the hotel and if the rates is still good, will consider coming back.

I booked the designer Suite A room, suppose to be higher tier of the hotel rooms but Facilities provided in the hotel not full. Tap are not working when we check in. There are no air purifiers provided as the other hotel have. The room beds are broken and have a bad wood smell. Even though toilets are separate, there is no main door to the toilet, not convenient at all. We can hear the train track sound in the early morning to late at night.
