Good value for me - definitely a small room, but being a solo traveler I didn’t need much space at all. Well connected for traveling around Seoul and not actually too difficult to find. Not the cleanest but nothing that would stop me from sleeping in the bed - just some old stains and wear and tear. Some construction was happening nearby that continued almost up until midnight but it was nice and quiet after. AC works great which was one of my biggest concerns with summer being so hot and humid here.

They replied very promptly to my messages re: checking in late etc. No room service, you have to ask them if you want them to clean your room. Good for: tourists who expect to be out most of the day and just need a room for sleeping/storage Bad for: people who expect to be pampered

2nd time staying this hotel

2nd time staying this hotel, similar experience as my 1st time except that my room toilet keep chocking for no reason every night. However this was settled by just using a plunger so no much of a deal! Also, it was a nice thing for the staff to allow me check-out 1hr later due to a sudden delay in my flight. Definitely highly recommended to others and also, the BBQ chicken outlet which the korean drama “Goblin” is just right opposite the hotel!

Buget Hotel feel like HOME

Very appreciated for the services of reception staff, even assisted me to handle my heavy huge luggages, ordered food delivery for me as my Korean Language is not good! I'm a hotelier as a guest service manager that I rated them a higher marks for the expected services! but just recommended people to stay, who had travelled Seoul a lot and had got the basic knowledge in the nearly area, that you would definitely have a great trip and good experiences in Seoul! I will definitely stay with them again!

Perfect location!

Although this hotel was a little hard to find, it was perfect if you are on a budget. 5-10 min walk to train station that makes for easy travelling. Very comfortable beds, staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Four star location, traveling in Winter

Recommand taking a cab to find the sleepy panda if you don't know the area. It's tuck in an alley way so easy to miss. Location is great and can walk to many attractions. First impression wasn't the greatest though, I checked the bed right away and the bed sheets are not washed properly. One bed sheet, I could see some blood stain and other stains. Luckily I can speak Korean so we were able to switch to a new room. The room is small so not recommend for a family. Bed is firm but comfortable enough. If you need any amenities, just ask for it. There is no elevator so bit of work out going up and down. Overall it's in a great location, clean room, and knowing what the sleepy panda offers, we would stay there again for a short term, max three to four nights
