Only negative is the high cost of food in the hotel

For my first trip to Seoul, this was overall a good choice. Transportation to/from the hotel from ICN was easy and cheap (about $15, airport limousine #6006). They have a wonderful breakfast buffet (about $25), with a wide selection of foods including great salads, salmon, and caviar. The gym/pool are connected to the sauna, so it's a bit inconvenient getting to the gym. It would be nice if they had separate entrances for gym use and sauna ($10) use. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Not much to do in the neighborhood, so not a great place to stay if you like nightlife and restaurants, but it's quiet, which is what I prefer.

I was there for one night only and I thought it had what I needed. Free Wi-Fi.

For the price it was a nice clean place. The service was okay and most of the workers spoke english.

This hotel is great. It was clean, wifi, club downstairs, what more can you want? From the airport you can get on the bus that will drop you off right in front of the hotel. Pay attention though, they pronounce it "Ribera" so I didn't get off in time.

Hotel is great for the busienss traveler. close to everything. About 25 minutes from the Gimpo airport. Rooms are very clean. Beds are hard as a rock. If you are not used to sleeping in Asian style beds, this might not be the hotel for you. There is no padding at all. Around the corner from the hotel is several Conv stores. They sell drinks, snacks, and lite meals. Several great little eateries in the neighborhood. many of them are Korean BBQ. about 6 per block. English is an issue in this area. so you should load Goggle Translator on your phone. this will help you a lot.

Stayed 4 nights in March 2013. Staff are friendly and located in Cheongdamdong which makes it easy to get around.

I liked it. Room was nice. Gym was great. Price was very reasonable. Would go there again.

Seoul doesn't offer many choices when it comes to selecting hotels. Airport limo stops in front of the hotel when you arrive, but you have to walk 1/4 miles and cross a 8 lane major street to take a limo to the airport. Room is spacious but need some renovation. Staff are kind but not approachable, and the restaurant offers average food. Ok place for couple of days....

Room is spacious and other facility is all right. Location is not the best but not too far away.

Hotel was in good condition. Staff spoke very little English, in fact it took me 3 people to get checked in. If you speak Korean, this is the right hotel for you. Room comfort was rated low because of the beds. while I work all over Asia and I am familiar with hard beds, I have not seen anything like the beds in this hotel. they were so hard my arms fell asleep before I did! Staff was kind, but spoke very little English. There is not doubt that this hotel caters to the Korean population. not Westerners. In fact, I was the only Westerner at the hotel the 2 days I was there. Hotel was near many places to eat, but again, everything was Korean based and communication continued to be an issue. I suspect that I was in a very "local" area. I have stayed in Seoul for about 7 years on business now and I normally stay downtown. in that district the communication and service caters more to the Westerners. I am not rating the hotel as bad in general, its just difficult if you do not speak the local language. Hotel was very clean. People were courteous but had a difficult time with communication. .

while only stayed one night as on a business trip, there were zero complaints Good, friendly, English speaking staff, location is very good (right near expressway) and excellent fitness center for a hotel. free wifi will come back next time to Seoul

I stayed here to stay overnight for my trip back to DC. Good value for the price. The room I stayed would be too small for a family or for an extended stay. No ironing borad was the most inconvenient feature.

I love this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is great, and the service is exceptional. It's a 10-minute walk from the Cheongdam subway station, with a small grocery market just around the corner. An exceptional value.

Clean, comfortable rooms, with perks like free WiFi, swimming pool, wonderful bibimbap, and exceptional service. This hotel is also close to a subway station and a 24-hour convenience store with fresh fruits and snacks. A great value, and I'll definitely stay there again.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. I booked the bigger size room (Luxury dbl. ) the staff location and room were perfect.

great location but bed to use metro. small room size.

I think this hotel is really convenient and comfortable to stay.

I like this hotel. Really clean and convenient to go get some delicious korean foods. Also easy access to Anpgujung dong and COEX. Thanks.

As this was my first time visiting Korea, I did not know what to expect, but from the time I landed at Incheon Intl. Airport things were perfect .... what a country!!! The Riviera Hotel is great, and all of the staff are top-notch ...... they made me feel right at home from the minute I arrived until after I departed again. OK ... so the bed might have been a little firm for my liking (typical Asian style), but the room, food, bar, etc, were all very, very good. Once again, the staff are superb .... I would recommend this hotel, which has an excellent location in Seoul, to anybody visitin the city. Many great restaurants in the vicinity also.
