The first day we had an issue with our door not locking on our way out. We had plans and were heading out when we noticed the door not locking. We had to wait for someone to come and fix it. The third night there was an issue with the door light sensor and the light was on all night. Finally, there’s always a long wait to use the elevator between the use of hotel guests and hotel staff.

When arrived around 1 pm, they kindly let us check into the room. The hotel is conveniently located next to COEX. The room is clean and the house keeper is friendly and very kind and polite. City Airport Terminal is just across the road. We definitely will stay this hotel next time.

This was the best place to stay, everything that you need is at your door step - 7/11 next door, places to eat, shopping malls all interconnected to each other, train station at a walkable distance and the city airport limousine terminal (CALT) is across the road. I stayed here at Hotel Peyto Samseong for 10 days and 9 nights. The front desk were prompt and responsive with my queries via email. The room cleaners are friendly even when there is a language barrier between people if you're not good at conversing in Korean. The timing to check-in from 3pm was perfect from Incheon Int'l Airport to this location, allowing me to freshen up and start exploring. I didn't opt for daily room cleaning, ended up using the "make up room" half way through my stay though. There was one cold night and the AC defaulted at 27 degs which made it too warm so I switched it off and opened the window instead. There were also a few light rainy days as well during the first few days of my stay so I bought an umbrella which I left at the end of my stay for another person to use if they needed. It was a last minute decision not to pack my own umbrella despite checking the weather forecast beforehand. All the abandoned umbrellas can be placed in a communal bucket and re-purposed for use by others for the rainy season. It will save visitors having to buy one or take it home in their luggage. Loved everything Hotel Peyto Samseong and Seoul had to offer and would be keen to visit again.
