All expected amenities included, close walking distance to popular areas: restaurants and shopping, modest price, competent staff capable of English. Overall my stay here was very warm and comfortable and I'd definitely recommend to others interested in relaxing near Gangnam or even looking to travel to other areas of Seoul.

The whole point of booking this hotel was for the spa treatments that were advertised. I called in a few days ahead of my check-in date, to make an appointment for the spa treatments. I was told I could schedule the spa treatments at the front desk, once I checked in. I get to the hotel and was told the spa service was no longer available, due to the spa moving to another area. I was upset that I wasn't informed of this when I called to schedule the treatments. Also, I paid extra for breakfast and the breakfast buffet was advertised as an American breakfast buffet. However, the only thing "American" about it were the scrambled eggs, frosted flakes and fruit loops! I felt bamboozled into booking this hotel, as it was not what had been advertised. I would not book this place again, nor recommend.

Good location

Location was great, but this was the smallest room I have experienced in Seoul so far.. The shower and the sink was kind of the same, it was super impractical. There was no place for me to do my work, so the office was rigged in my bed. I guess it was ok, but I don’t think I will come back.

We had a two bedroom suite which was very big but a little beaten up. The hotel is attached to a plastic surgeon and I think a lot of people stay for recovery. That being said, with in walking distance is a bustling night life of local restaurants and bars. A very cool area. This hotel is perfect if you need some extra space and don't need Four Seasons level quality. Staff was helpful but there is a language barrier.

The air is very clean in the room as there are 2 gigantic air purifier. The suites have automated bed for adjusting up and down. Very near to great Korean restaurant and shopping. My kids love the stay.

Everything was fine inside the hotel. However, there are Korean people smoking and spitting on the side patio area of the hotel, right under the "No Smoking" sign. The hotel just let them smoke although it is in their property area. If you enjoy second hand smoking, or enjoy watching people spit, this is the hotel for you.

Improvement needed

Have quite a big difference in Staff quality. Some are helpful but some are not. Toilet bowl stuck. Water came out so horrible! The Workman came to repair but very big attitude and make my toilet abd well and floor with toilet bowl fluid!!! Wardrobe are not clean with dust
