I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my visit to Seoul. It was honestly the best decision. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made my stay so comfortable. Having such a spotless place to come back to really made my time in Seoul even more enjoyable and special. The staff were also very helpful, and I’m already planning to stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place in the city. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The staff were nice, but the place and cleanliness was poor. I honestly wanted to leave the first day. I was super excited about the hot tub, but I found hair and the old scrunchie near it. I told him to clean my room twice and it’s like they just moved stuff around didn’t sweep, the shower had a weird rust around it too

The room was dirty. The staff was super super super nice accommodating. There was no hot tub. It was a bathtub. The water didn’t work. It was cold. It was a terrible experience because it was like nine or 10° in Korea at that time. I was excited because in the ad it says Jacuzzi look at the ad and there was no Jacuzzi. It was a bathtub in the room. Disgusting floors was like dusty dustier than dusty anyways it was not a good experience, except for the staff was super nice super super Duper nice but yeah, wrong advertisement. There should be say there’s a tub and the water didn’t work and everything was wrong.
