Overall, a good stay. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, I was satisfied with most aspects of my experience. I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new. That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression.

The staff at both front desk and support services such as housekeeping and maintenance are very polite and professional in their work duties. The maintenance man has fixed any issues or challenges with my room fixtures during my stay. Very pleasant, always smiling and quickly resolves things.
