The only positive is the attentive female front desk staff who agreed to watch our baggage for a few hours (after we checked out) so we may walk around outside. However, there are always two lousy male desk staff in the evening that was rude and often smoke outside. Worst of all, both my fiance and I both got numerous insect bites all over our arms, legs, and face every morning. The weird thing is, the windows are closed. We have made several complaints to the front desk staffs who just waves it off and tells me its very normal to have insect bites every morning. No insect ointment or repellent were available. The breakfast is very limited with the same food everyday, though we rarely eat breakfast in the hotel anyway (why would anyone eat breakfast in a hotel in Seoul, when there are tons of good food outside anyways). The hotel is in a okay/uphill location, but good luck finding your way to myeongdong or anywhere else without a gps.

I liked the location and friendly staff and clean room.

It was a lovely stay room was clean some stains. The shower water wouldn’t stay one temperature It kept going from super hot to cold hand to keep messing with it but over all it was a good place to stay the staff was amazing

Easy walk from the subway station, near a starbucks, but if you are lugging around some luggage, you have a very short climb on a short hill. Take your time and you'll get up there. Once there, it is not too far away from subway shopping, fancy malls, local market, Bank of Korea Museum, Tram access to the Seoul Tower, etc...I liked it. Good value for your money.

The servant in the restaurant is very traditional Korean and she even explain all the dishes she serves and humming when she has a little break. I used the soup cup to fill up coffee and she stopped me to change the coffee cup. When I dropped some food on counter she came to tell me not to do it again. She is really interesting and lovely.
