Great location and enjoyable stay

The staffs were really friendly and they can speak well in both English and Chinese. I've made a few special requests and they've readily helped me with them. The room was a little small but still pretty cosy and there's sufficient place for me to place all my stuffs. The breakfast they hang on your room door everyday is a delight because I needed to get up early on some days. The location was great and easily accessible. One of the downsides is we don't get 24/7 access to the microwave. The room feels slightly unclean but that didn't interfere with my stay. And they placed my luggage right in the open without anyone looking after it when I checked out so I didn't feel safe about leaving my luggage there for storage.

The B&B is close to Mangwon Market, It take around 8-10 min walk to subway. If you're gonna take Airport Limosine to airport at peak hours, please prepare plenty of time in advance, as Hapjeong is the last stop before getting on highway, you might not able to get on the bus because the storage compartment is already full for your luggage.

Friendly staff and pleasant accommodation.

The staff are all helpful and friendly. My room was small but well equipped. Plenty of hot water, free wi-fi and air con. The included continental breakfast was a few items in a plastic bag hung on your door handle.

A fantastic experience in Seoul

I was basically like a lost bird when I set foot in South Korea, the very moment I got out of Seoul train station, I was lost. Dragging along my heavy luggage looking for direction under the cold yet dry day is truly an eye opener. Through the aid of members of publics, I managed to get a phone call to Roinhome(Baroato Inhome) and the clerk , a young fine gentlemen went all the way out to fetch us. It was really heartwarming , at least at the cold weather condition of that day. Throughout the remaining weeks at Seoul, I had plenty of experiences with the staff there, and they helped me understand South Korea better, they have ways to bring us to our designated locations and to top it off, they even have greater ideas to spice up my trip. Thanks to the amazing team of RoinHome, I am able to do my Bungee Jump, Shopping spree and lastly sight seeing in Korea without any worry. I been to so many hotels or guesthouse, but Roinhome is the only one, The ONLY one who displayed patience and willingness to help whenever I get lost. Their communication platform services was excellent, responsive and well understandable. I would like to extend my greatest thank you to the amazing team of Roinhome staffs. You guys made me felt at home. It was that comfortable. Looking forward to be your guest again ! Till then :)

Since Baroato Inhome is new, it was a bit of a risk staying here. However, we were extremely impressed with the guesthouse, it is undoubtedly the nicest I have stayed at for the price. The hotel is new and the rooms are simply and tastefully furnished and whole place was completely spotless. The staff were very helpful and every morning we were greeted by a friendly face. Location is 10 mins from the subway but close to coffee shops and an excellent shopping centre. One unique item was breakfast in a bag. Breakfast is placed in a plastic bag and attached to your door at 8:30am every day. This is the first time I've seen this way of doing things and although the variety is good, it seems a waste of packing and food if you don't want to eat it and then also a bit of a pity the nice restaurant/bar area is not utilised. Overall, highly recommended and already recommending friends to visit before it gets busy.

좀 늦게 체크인 할 상황이었는데 셀프 체크인방법도 문자로 자세히 알려주시고, 객실도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 단, 객실내에 티슈가 없어 불편했고, 밥을 좋아하는 저로서는 바나나와 빵, 음료 등으로 나오는 조식이 뭔가 허전하달까.. 그랬네요. 하룻밤 묵기엔 큰 불편없이 좋았습니다.

今回初めてロインホームに宿泊させていただきました！！結構遅くに到着したものの、ご親切に待っていてくださり、日本語で丁寧に説明してくださいました。4泊ダブルルームに宿泊させて頂いたのですが、寝れてお風呂にも入れて、年末にも関わらず安い値段で宿泊できてとても大満足です。場所もマンウォンドンでホンデやハプチョンなどからとても近くて便利でした！！マンウォン市場なども歩いて行ける距離にあってとてもいいと思います。 ダブルルームのお部屋は１つキャリーケース広げられるくらいでした！ベットはとても広くてテレビもついているし、専用バスルームも付いています。タオルとお掃除もお願いすれば毎日変えて貰えました！ 朝ごはんも毎朝ドアノブにかけてくれます！ありがたいサービスでした。バロアト系と知っていたので清潔感もありとても綺麗でした。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います！！

交通便利

離合井站及望遠站距離約7分鐘走路時間，民宿對面有到弘大公車（麻浦9號）約10分鐘交通算是方便 但房型有點偏小且有蚊子，大體上不影響住宿品質
