The location can't be beat off you're going to Seoul to experience fast paced party area. You just need to be warned. The clubs close between 6-7am and the Hamilton is right in the thick of things. You will definitely hear the music until dawn. Luckily, the hotel provides ear plugs and I travel with a small fan for white noise. There is a sauna in the basement which is amazing and cheap including a barber shop. The sauna is the highlight of my day and helps with recovery from the night before. I have stayed here at least 6 times and highly recommend.
Right in the heart in Itaewon right about Itaewon Station. Spacious rooms, clean, friendly informative staff. My room was in front on the 7th floor which was quiet. I enjoyed my stay here and will come back if ever in Seoul again.
Truly almost impossible to sleep at night unless you have earplugs. Staff is disinterested and going through the motions. Toilet in the room was smelly.
Incredible staff, great attention to detail. Centrally located to easily explore all of Seoul. Great place to stay.

There is a night club outside the hotel that plays loud, loud music from 9pm until 6am. Even with earplugs, the bass is so heavy, you can feel it in your guts. I had an "upset stomach" the entire time I was there. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
It is impossible to sleep until 5:00 am in the morning, because of the gigantic noise from nearby night clubs. This hotel is good only for the people who want to go to bed after 5:00 am in the morning.
The hotel was fine expect for the club playing techno beats until 5am.
I really loved this place, super convenient, just in front of the metro station and I'm the heart of Itaewon's night life.
Very noisy could hear yelling and screaming coming for the bars next door to the hotel at night and into the morning passed 3am each night. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights Sunday and Monday, not very convenient to the City Hall or downtown. You are much better staying downtown, restaurants at better and everything is more convenient. We only stayed there because of the rallies downtown which was a mistake.
Great location and value for money. One thing I should point out is why gust should pay for swimming Pool.
Staff lacked manners at check-in and throughout stay. Bell hops don’t seem to like to do anything and the front desk is a nightmare and very unwelcoming. Seem to give orders to guests rather than welcome them. Could use retraining or restaffing. The hotel itself is run down with many things not working. The tv in my room didn’t work. The area is vibrant but full of homeless people and dangerous for korean standards. There were homeless/drunk people walking into the lobby when I was there at checkin. The hotel is very noisy and bars nearby keep music loud until 2-4am if you can’t sleep with bass beats then I don’t suggest it. They charge separate fees for the swimming pool for hotel guests- CRAZY.
