There is a night club outside the hotel that plays loud, loud music from 9pm until 6am. Even with earplugs, the bass is so heavy, you can feel it in your guts. I had an "upset stomach" the entire time I was there. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

It is impossible to sleep until 5:00 am in the morning, because of the gigantic noise from nearby night clubs. This hotel is good only for the people who want to go to bed after 5:00 am in the morning.

The hotel was fine expect for the club playing techno beats until 5am.

I really loved this place, super convenient, just in front of the metro station and I'm the heart of Itaewon's night life.

Very noisy could hear yelling and screaming coming for the bars next door to the hotel at night and into the morning passed 3am each night. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights Sunday and Monday, not very convenient to the City Hall or downtown. You are much better staying downtown, restaurants at better and everything is more convenient. We only stayed there because of the rallies downtown which was a mistake.

Great location and value for money. One thing I should point out is why gust should pay for swimming Pool.

Staff lacked manners at check-in and throughout stay. Bell hops don’t seem to like to do anything and the front desk is a nightmare and very unwelcoming. Seem to give orders to guests rather than welcome them. Could use retraining or restaffing. The hotel itself is run down with many things not working. The tv in my room didn’t work. The area is vibrant but full of homeless people and dangerous for korean standards. There were homeless/drunk people walking into the lobby when I was there at checkin. The hotel is very noisy and bars nearby keep music loud until 2-4am if you can’t sleep with bass beats then I don’t suggest it. They charge separate fees for the swimming pool for hotel guests- CRAZY.

Great clean, but a little noisy on Friday and Saturday night.

I love staying at the Hamilton due to its convenience and friendly staff. I do, however, find it odd that rooms are not cleaned without a special request, and without the guest present. I spent a busy 3 days in Seoul, and didn't have time to babysit the cleaning lady, so I therefore didn't have my room cleaned for three days. Not a huge deal for me as a single lady, but I can only imagine if I were traveling with family how inconvenient that would be. It is also very unusual when compared to other western-style hotels.

Wonderfully located in the heart of Itaewon with lots of shopping & great restaurants. Itaewon station access is literally in front of the hotel as well. They have some on-site restaurants but lots of great options all around. If you want to try one of their restaurants, the “Maple Tree” specializes in grilled Korean food & it was delicious. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet enough. Front desk was friendly and spoke good English. The service was top notch. Recommended!

Room was really small with little room to move around or even have more than one suitcase. There was on constant banging sound coming from somewhere (maybe the pipes) and the hotel’s solution was they could give us earplugs. We wete also a story above the pool where they were doing live DJs for pool party and music was coming through the room. AC took almost two hours to drop the temp by 1 celcius.

Convenient airport bus (6030) to Hamilton. Speedy check in. Great staff. Buffet breakfast in hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance.

I reserved a room four months in advance. The reservation said "twin room". I called the hotel and said I wanted a double bed, not two single beds. The woman told me that was fine, just let the clerk know this when you check in. When I checked in, the front desk person, Mr. Lee was rude and argumentative. He eventually gave us a double room, but it was quite noisy because it was on a lower floor facing the busiest party street in Itaewon. He told me he did not have to honor my request for a double room because the reservation said twin beds. And since I did not know the name of the woman I spoke with, he used this against me too.

I stayed at 9th floor, hot water supply is unstable while bathing.

This was such a great location as the subway was right in front. BUT there is music playing at the bars and restaurants all night. We were on the 9th floor and my husband could hear it. I slept right thru it!! As usual!!
