This is actually our 2nd time to stay in this hotel which were both pleasant. Hotel staff are accommodating. Bottled water can be requested at all times. Rooms are a bit small but quite comfy for 2 people. The hotel is located right in the shopping area in Myeongdong with plenty of street food. This is the place to stay when you visit South Korea.

The hotel is located at the centre of myeongdong. Eateries and cosmetic shops are only at a stone throw away! It is also located near to the metro station Euljiro 1-ga, which is only 5 mins walk away. To go to dongdaemun, they even provide free shuttle bus. Everything is a breeze while staying in this hotel but the size of the room is really small. My mum booked a three pax room and we ended up with not much space of moving as the room has almost been occupied by beds...

Located right smack in the busiest street in Seoul, i would expect my hotel room to be tiny. Moreover, there were 3 of us sharing the room. But, no. Its Triple Sharing room is much bigger than i expected. The 3 of us could find space for our luggages and opened them fully without hindering each other. This is awesome. Although there is a strict non-smoking policy in the rooms, there is a smoking hut/shelter right outside the hotel & also a smoking room at the basement, should the weather is terrible. Wonderful thought. There are dryers and washing machines at the basement, but i didnt have the chance to use. Basement is brightly lit & there are ample of tables and chairs for you to chill while waiting for your laundry to be done. There is also a hot/cold water dispenser on the floor that we are staying. Not sure if it is for every floor, but i do hope so. Every bed has a electrical source next to it. Say no more to "seperation anxiety" with my phone. Staying at Myeongdong means there is no limit to shopping, this is terrible. Lol. Barely three hours in at Myeongdong, i bought about 300,000 won worth of it. After I put my stuff back in the room, and i swiped my credit card for another 200,000 won of stuff when im down at the street again. Lol. Horrors to my wallet. Despite my shopping craze, i really enjoy staying at the hotel because of its close accessibility to the subway & Airport Bus. Definitely i'll be back again (:

I stayed here for 8 nights and we were allocated a new and spacious room by Ms Lee at the front desk after we asked if we could get a larger room of same price. I actually didn’t mind paying abit more for this request. The room we were given had no space for luggages and Ms Lee was very empathetic without us saying it out loud too. She kindly helped search for and allowed us to switch to another room the next day which was a good start to our time in Seoul. The information desk staff are also very helpful and polite when you need assistance to book buses and check on timings. What sets this hotel apart from many other hotels including 5 star ones I been to is the service with a heart. On the last day I was there, my mom fainted in the toilet and hit her head. Ms Lee who happened to be on duty , really thank God for that too , quickly helped provided info on clinics and nearby hospital. She even called her AGM Mr who went the extra mile by driving us to the Inje University Hospital and then helped us register to see the doctor at the emergency center. He only left after mom went in to see the doctor. All these actions and help made it so much more easier for us to manage the situation when we were worried and anxious. Ms Lee also kindly extended our room till 3pm to allow my mom a place to rest. She also called us to check how were things close to 3pm when we were at hospital. When we finally returned, she also didn’t rushed us to pack up and even asked about my mom and came to the lounge to bid us farewell at the end of her shift. I would definitely commend Ms Lee and her team as well as their AGM who made our stay in Seoul a great experience. This is what world class hospitality and service is. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Location, amenities and service is excellent. Thank you Ms Lee Hamae and the team!

This is our first trip to South Korea and we stayed in this hotel. We were so amazed on the location of this hotel wherein you can find anything you want in the neighborhood. There’s 24/7 restaurants, bars and others. The street located is famous in Korea for food and shopping. Tons of restaurants choices. The rooms in the hotel are small but it’s clean and neat. One thing we always look is the cleanliness of the rooms which we were not disappointed. The lounge at the basement is good to visit for s cup of coffee or hot chocolate on cold weather, you can also relax on the massage chair for a whole day walk or work, and wash your clothes if you need it too. The people working are very nice and very supportive since we don’t understand their language they intend to help whatever you’re looking for in Korea. They can reccomend good places to eat, visit, and sceneries. Next time we will travel again we would like to stay on this hotel . By the way before I forget they have 3 single beds in their room for families. Thank you Skypark II for making our visit worthwhile.

I stayed here for 5 days as a solo traveller. Before my arrival, I had some packages (concert tickets and other stuff) delivered to the hotel for my trip and the hotel gladly received and took care of the packages for me. Upon my arrival, they immediately gave me said packages. Being in Myeongdong, it makes sense for the hotel to be kinda pricy despite the small room size (my room didn’t even have real windows) but it’s a big convenience to be so near at one of the biggest shopping areas of Korea! Step out of the hotel and you’re there already. Also the hotel is very near to 울지로 station so traveling to other parts of Seoul is easy! There’s also a floor where you can weigh your luggage prior to going to the airport and do laundry as well. Staffs are nice and helped me with my heavy luggage! Overall, good experience.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always go back when in Seoul. Location is great. Only 3 minutes walk from/to the Airport Bus station # 6015. It takes just over an hour from Incheon. Rooms are not very big, but generally comfortable. For the first time something has not work with their reservation system and my booked room was not available upon arrival. However, kit got corrected the following morning and the receptionist has formally apologized! Can happen, although it should not! One thing that is not at my expectation. Only ONE electrical socket at the table is just not enough. You can either use your computer or have the desk light working or you can make you coffee, but never more than one thing at the time. That is a small investment!!

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. People that work at this location are WONDERFUL! Actually all the Skypark hotel employees were wonderful. It's not a five star hotel, if you want to stay at a five star hotel, go stay in one. This hotel is just plain simple hotel. Don't expect the rooms to be huge. Again, go to the five star hotel if you want huge rooms. This hotel is clean, very clean. It's not expensive hotel which is a bonus. By the way, there are two (2) elevators. One on the front and one by the stairs. If you wanted breakfast, it's next door at Skypark central. It's a minute walk to Skypark central. I had shampoos and gels and towels changed everyday to a point, we asked not to have the room clean. If needed anything like Gel or shampoo we ASKED and they provided. Shuttle buses took you to few major areas which was nice so that you don't have to go up and down the stairs to catch the subway. If you wanted to go to attractive locations, take a cab. Some hotels don't offer shuttle buses so I was very grateful that Skypark had shuttle buses. Location was perfect, really central. Airport buses are so close that you don't have to cross any street to get to the hotel. When the staffs were busy, you wait few minutes and they would help you out. Oh, they apologize for making you wait. I watched as I was waiting for my turn, I saw how the staff treated other guest at the hotel and other hotel guests were treated with respect and helpfulness. I have traveled the world and stayed at 5 star hotels, 1 star hotels and I would stay at this hotel again. At this hotel, I got lot more than what I paid for.

a very pleasant business hotel in the heart of myeondong. everything is so walking distance: food, church, shopping, subway, trains and groceries. free guest shuttles to the night shopping district. rooms are clean. beds are comfortable. cold room which is perfect. the view from the room was wonderful!

I stayed for 3 nights with 2 kids. I was asked to choose if I want to stay "old" quad room or newly renovated quad room. They said that there is separated room for renovated quad room but it is located in lower floor. Finally, I chose the new old but it is located at 2/F. As there is only 1 elevator in this hotel, you have to wait quite long and sometimes it was full during the peak hours. When I got into the room, it's quite new but really small for a quad room. I can only open my large suitcase one by one. You can see the pictures that I attached. There was no breakfast in this hotel and you have to walk to Hotel Skypark Central which is just next to the Skypark II but still it quite inconvenient especially in rainy days. It seems that there were only 3 staffs working during the peak checkout time. When I wanted to asked a few questions, they were so busy and not willing to answer me at all. They offered shuttle buses to some attractive spots but in fact, I can get to those spots with subway and it's not difficult. We have 2 adults and 2 kids and stayed for three nights. I don't know why the room service was not refilling the shower gel during my 3 nights stay! I didn't asked them to get it to me as I brought my own shower gel because we were planned to goto water park. It is a basic requirement and I really feel disappointing about their services! After all the down side, the location of this hotel is good as it is close to Myeongdong and close to line 2 Euljiro-1-ga subway station. The room rate is not expansive at all for a quad room. It think it's the most attractive points for this hotel group. Simple equation is pay less get less. You may see a lot of good comments from other websites like Ctrip or Rakuten, but I could not feel that during my stay. I personally suggest family to stay in metro hotel rather than Skypark II.
