Grand Ambassador Seoul associated with Pullman

Hotel and staff were great. Located downtown Seoul near museums, market, and the palace. They offer a free shuttle to the downtown area leaving out every hour. Shuttle to airport for 16,000pp. However the airport is approx 45 minutes away.

Just stayed one night, and reserved a room on the executive floor which was a great value for the price. We enjoyed a nice cocktail hour and buffet the night of check in and then a buffet breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi was just average. The jacuzzi wasn't hot. We did enjoy a great massage experience at the spa if that's in your budget for travel. Wanted to watch some movies we brought on a USB drive but the flat screen in our room was too old that it didn't have a USB plug-in. Otherwise, it was a great stay. The staff was very polite and obliging.

One night stay after a company function at hotel. stayed on executive floor which has a separate check in desk and staffing. Check in was smooth and done very professionally and quickly. Asked if I needed help or assistance on any matter , very pleasant experience. Executive rooms have breakfast and happy hours on the 16th floor as part of room fee, which make these deluxe rooms a great bargain. Had breakfast the following morning, with pastry, salads, hot asian entrees, coffee, juice etc. Nothing fancy (made to order omellets) but relatively private area, with great window views make for a good morning start. Staff taking care of the tables were superb, checking on you but not excessively. Checkout is also on the 16th floor, handled quickly and pleasantly. Had valet parking, desk clerk on her own, called to make sure my car was ready when I went to pick it up. Overall great experience. Only comment I had for the room itself was the relatively soft bed (compared to what I'm used to). Room had free wifi, cellphone charger (for apple and android)and executive toilet with all the bells and whistle features.

Hotel was very clean as well as the room. Trip was on a busy summer break weekend so the hotel was very busy, but really no problems from that. The breakfast was good. Close enough to seoul downtown and not far from airpory. There was enough parking dpsce to easy to park Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area, and would recommend

very convenient location and clean hotel. Hotel staffs are very kind and we've got the free upgrade

Our overall experience was great. :) The staff can speak English and were very helpful. The hotel offers a shuttle ride to Myeongdong. The pool is heated and has a jacuzzi, too. The room is pretty good sized for what we paid. What we didn't like though was the slow internet connection and the lounge/small couch has stains.

best location for CIITY Tour,GOOD STAFF Nice restaurant for foreiner

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. As a woman, traveling alone, I was glad for the friendly, English-speaking staff to help me arrange a DMZ trip and answer any questions about navigation in the city. A travel agent on-site helped arrange a short flight to Jeju Island. The room was clean and very comfortable, with small amenities. Swam in the pool every day. I took advantage of the free shuttle to Seoul Tower, and travel from Incheon airport was very easy via a city bus, which drops off at several hotels in Seoul. It is a short and convenient walk to the metro station. The on-site restaurants are overpriced, as with any hotel, but mostly ate elsewhere. Would highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was less than a block away from a subway station. The gym and swimming pool is very nice.

The hotel was absolutely perfect for my purpose of travel. Hoping to study for an important, I spent a majority of my time inside the room. Therefore I believe I have a good understanding of how nice the room actually was. I did not go stir crazy!

Excellent room quality and amenities. Breakfast "Kings" is nice but too expensive for its value. The staff are very helpful. In one weekend I was able to book two tours of Seoul and the DMZ (one each).

GOOD SERVICE !!

I was there to sightsee and found overall the staff quite friendly and helpful. The food was fairly good for hotel food. The hotel is missing a small convenience store inside. You need to leave the hotel for that. One of the Tourbuses stops at the hotel so that makes things very easy for your basic tour. Overall a great experience for a hotel. Much better than I was expecting especially for the price I paid.

I was looking for a hotel that was centrally located, had helpful, English-speaking staff, and was nice without being too expensive. I found all that in the Grand Ambassador Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even lending me a power converter for my digital camera and laptop. The hotel is a 5-min walk from the nearest metro station. From there, you can get all over the city. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. I would only make two suggestions - 1) eliminate the charge for internet access in the room, and 2) reduce the price of dinner at the hotel restaurants. The meal prices were very high. But within a 10-min walk are many restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If I had an opportunity to return to Seoul, I'd book the Grand Ambassador without hesitation.

Fantastic location, near subway stations and cultural sites. Hotel lobby is modern and impressive. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel, but location not the most convenient. But Seoul taxis are so cheap that didn't matter much. Recommended for business travelers.

great location. great service. Staff spoke English which helped a lot. Loved the espresso machine in the room. The bathroom was great.

Loved the electric commode and the king sized cozy bed. The location was excellent and the free shuttle to local attactions was a huge perk. We will definitely stay at the Grand Ambassador again.

it was a nice stay. The lobby is gorgeous. The room was nice too. The soaps were perfumed. I loved the soap and the water seemed to be softened. I ordered room service 3 in the morning and it was great.

Very nice hotel, I got a good deal per night, but only includes the room and pool use. Although the hotel price was good for a five star hotel, the extras and food at the hotel were very expensive. Maybe I am not five star material, but I have had better experiences with 3 and 4 star places that do not think their [*] smells like roses.
