I found cigarette ashes in the floor close to the bed. The hairbrush, the shampoo was not new, and the sink looks super old. It didn't smell clean.

I had dirty pillows, and sheets. My shower door was missing. My spa tub was dirty, and corroded. My computer kept shutting off. Then to make matters worse they tried to charge me extra to keep my room. Will not be returning.

Room has very nit windows and clean bad, but it is pretty dark and not 'hotel' room.

Worst Hotel in Seoul

The hotel staff was very rude and the room was dirty. Its located near the tramlines so forget about getting a good night sleep. Bed is hard like a rock and pillow were dusty. Air condition worked but sounded like a 1970s car engine.
