The staff is friendly, helpful and fluent in English. Free bottled water at the reception and currency exchange machine at the lobby, which are convenient. Great location, connected to subway exits. However, the property is a bit old. The room (especially bathroom) are not bright enough. No mirror in the room, only 1 near the door but the lights have sensors so will turn off after 30 seconds or so. Not convenient for make up.

My first and last time at this hotel

What I liked about this hotel: - great location, surrounded by convenient stores, restaurants and cafes - Metro station is within walking distance - Lotte outlet and mart is also within walking distance What I did not appreciate: - found a small cockroach in the room - room looked a bit old - housekeeper forgot to close my room door after cleaning - no luggage trolley service at the taxi drop off point. Basically there was no staff to help. We had 6 pieces of luggage. Tried calling front desk for help but no one picked up. We struggled a bit from the drop off point to the hotel reception which was located on 19th floor
