This should be a 4-star hotel. I would not say this is a 5-star hotel. Generally, the staffs are polite, but very business-like. They look like they are poorly trained. I have received more "no" s from the staffs during the stay than all my other hotel stays. For the great location and the facility condition, I would rate it a 5 star, but the service makes all the difference.

Close to all of the business areas, service is excellent, luxurious and comfort but a little bit pricy...

I stayed this hotel with my best friend, it was so great and nice, clean new hotel and hotel staffs who are work there, so nice and kind. There is great shopping mall connect with hotel.

We were so pleased to have stayed at Conrad. The service, executive lounge and facilities including the room were excellent. The location right at IFC is excellent. Will definitely back to Conrad and would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing newer hotel. Design of rooms is fantastic. A bit away from downtown but easy access via subway in connected mall. Would stay again without hesitation!

This hotel is located at great place. New hotel building and room was good also.

Nice river view, but the human service need to be upgrade for "chinese".

It's usually a hit and miss with so many of these luxury hotels. But this new hotel at Yoido, which is at the financial district actually delivers. Friendly staff, generous housekeeping, and really great buffet all make sense here. Breakfast buffet is pricey ($40), but probably worth it.

Pros= Nice large hotel room, new hotel bathroom is very large with a separate shower from the tub High tech blinds, nice views Great workout center Staff are still learning- tend to be intrusive trying to help when I just wanted to be left to do my work Cons= far from the main tourist attractions this is a business hotel for the financial district, mall is underneath but mostly lackluster western brands Wish sauna was included in exec package food is a little bland, intercontinental and the other Hilton is better in my view Limited channels on tv no particularly special in room fruit or anything for exec package staff still learning and not polished - stiff and calculating, not warm and problem solving like in SE Asian hotels

The Conrad Hotel is now my favorite hotel in Seoul. I resently stayed there for business, December 3rd - 9th. I've stayed at several of the better hotels in Seoul, but this new hotel's room amenities are outstanding.  Large comfortable room and spa-like bathroom. Their restaurants; food, service, and staff are second to none. I held a small luncheon meeting in a private corner room in their 37th floor restaurant. They organized and serviced the 4 hour meeting. It went brilliantly, and I believe was a huge contributing factor, towards the eventual closing of my deal with my Korean customers. I'd recommend the Conrad Hotel to anyone staying in Seoul, whether for business or pleasure. sincerely, Peter Maroudas Niagara Falls, Canada
