Super well located to see most if not all the sites in this part of Seoul. And walkable - walkable to great little places to eat, markets, shopping, the palaces and public transport. Convenience is key positive characteristic of the hotel. Unfortunately on arrival the lifts were out of order and we had to walk bags up to level 9. Thankfully this only inconvenienced us one night. Very little interaction with staff - other than room cleaning staff. Only wish was for milk or english breakfast tea in the rooms - the ample supply of water was welcomed though.

Friendly staff, each and everyone of them were very service oriented and sweet. Called taxi for us and helped us with storing our bags etc. Room was very clean and spacious. We love this location as it is next to Insa dong. Great shopping and close to most attractions.

We stayed 4 nights at Amid Hotel. Great location for visiting sights, subway stations, eateries, coffee shops, and shopping. Grocery store and convenience store right next to the hotel. The staff spoke Korean as English. Super welcoming and helpful with any questions or needs. The room was clean, bed was comfy, and bathroom had a bidet. Slept well with no noise in the evenings. Would recommend for your stay in Seoul.

The staff was so helpful! The rooms were very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable Iโ€™ve ever slept on. The location is also great. Right by so many cultural sites and in the midst of many different restaurants and great coffee shops. Itโ€™s also located very close to the subway and bus lines. I recommend it highly!

The staff was vey helpful in assisting with translation as needed. They also arranged tours as needed. The only issue which we had which is a minor one is the motion sensor turns the light on near the door which is a bright light in the night to be turning on if you move around in the room.

Consistent issues with our drain in the bathroom that could not get fixed. Stains on the carpet and an old toothbrush left in the bathroom. We also were given an "accessible" room and didn't want one. Our toilet was in with the shower. I asked to move but they couldn't accommodate. Wouldn't stay here again.
