WiFi was off and on till totally disappeared. The staff did not want to fix it rather asked me to log onto the WiFi of another room. The toilet was blocked and dirty stuff was everywhere. It smelled so bad that I asked the guy to change room. He rejected and said it was my fault. The male staff are not polite, actually kind of rude when they do not understand you.
