The hotel is located near many hotels in a quiet block in the Dongdaemun neighborhood. We arrived late at night, and after getting our rooms, we asked the reception desk for eating recommendations. The man behind the desk said he didn't know of any. We walked next door to the Ramada Inn Hotel, and even though we were not staying there, the concierge courteously indicated on a map the many restaurants two blocks away. The next day, after failing to get an Uber ride due to high demand, we requested assistance getting a taxi, and again, the reception desk person was unwilling to help. Since this pattern was repeated in other hotels across Corea, including the hotel in Jeju Island, I couldn't tell whether the reception desk staff knew what the neighborhood offered or preferred to feign ignorance to avoid engaging with English-speaking guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Baiton Hotel. It was easy and accessible to transportation specially the airport limousine which stops right in front. The place was clean and quiet. Nicely located hotel with access to everything. They are kind enough to allow us to drop off our big luggage 3 days ahead of the booking while we visited Busan. The airport shuttle is also a convenient way of getting you to the airport if you have lots of luggage.

The quadruple room is a perfect size for my family. The entire unit is divided into two separate rooms which allowed privacy for the guests. Though, air conditioning needs some improvement. Relaxing ambiance with the hotel’s minimalist design. Reasonable price point for a mid-range hotel. Relatively sanitary and well-organized. Overall, the hotel stay was satisfactory.

Close enough to places you can walk to and restaurants to eat at, as well as the subway. The room was simple and clean, the bed a little hard but for the price an excellent deal. The American breakfast was nice, but only as a back up and you are tired and don’t want to venture out. The staff was always pleasant and their English ability decent. The room didn’t have a booklet about where things were located in the hotel and I’m really glad we went out of our way to check out the 21st floor roof garden. Got some great pictures there. Wouldn’t mind staying again

Location, location, location... This hotel location is ideal for the travel happy person. Easy access to all transportaion, most bus to city travel are on the same block. The train is a block away which makes traveling hassel free and pleasurable. If you prefer not to cab, and you shouldn't Seoul mass transit system is clean and efficient. If you need to go to the Incheon Int'l airport, no problem the bus stops right in front of the hotel. No need to wait outside you can wait in the hotel lobby and step out right before arrival time. The concierge speaks Korean, Chinese and English. Free WIFI, even in the lobby no PW required, which is awsome. If you didn't have time to change your currency to Korean Won...no worries they have an exchange ATM in the lobby for your convenience. They also have FREE parking, if you have a rental car or a guest stopping by. Street parking is treacherous in Seoul, so free parkings are a blessing. We stayed in a double bed room, bed was soft and comfy. Bed sheets and comforter was clean, carpet was moderate can use some steam work. For those who like to talk, be considerate sound barrier is moderate. Other amenities, free access to fitness room. You have the view of Nam San Tower, a nice view at night. Dong Dae Mun market is a good walk away, for those who like to shop. Along with Dong Dae Mun History and Culture Park for the culture buffs. As most Seoul has it, your awsesome dining experinces are only walks away. Enjoy!
