It is my second time staying at Aloft Seoul Myeongdong and we are loving how convenient it is located. Metro station and Airport bus drop off are within walking distance. Shopping areas are just behind the hotel. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. We are definitely going back when we visit Seoul the next time.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our Breezy Suite was clean, spacious and well appointed with two separate rooms and a large bathroom. The bed and duvet were super comfortable. The location was great - we could easily walk to many interesting attractions, shops, and restaurants from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the front desk who helped us get information on our lost baggage. Our only criticisms would be the lift system can sometimes take too long and the music in the bar could be more laidback and chilled to create a better atmosphere in the evening.

What an excellent hotel at the heart of Myeong-dong. The staff is friendly and helpful in every sense of the word. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the famous Myeong-dong shopping area and is centrally located, so you can walk to the many famous areas, such as Namdamun shopping, Namsan Tower (cable car), Kyungbookoong, the Insadong area, Cheonggaechun, etc. Aloft did a great job with the soundproofing of their rooms. I could not hear flushing sounds or loud neighbors. Many hotels I've stayed in Seoul (including Gangnam) in a similar price range do not compare in this aspect. You will not be disappointed.

Must Stay Hotel in Seoul!

I loved this hotel! The location was amazing - literally a 2 minute walk to the Myeondong night market and 7 minutes to the Namdaemun market. The staff were really helpful. My 12 YO son had a headache @ 3 AM and I didn’t have any food to give him so he could take ibuprofen. I called the front desk and they sent up a little granola bar. Life saver! I will stay here every time I visit Seoul. Thank you Aloft Myeongdong!
