Overall, a splendid experience for me and my family. Our room was surprisingly large. The beds were on a second floor loft. The toilet with sink was separated from the rest of the bathroom. This is very convenient since we were a family of four. The overall design was cohesive, from lobby to hallways and inside the rooms. The front desk was welcoming and extremely helpful. Weโ€™ve stayed at Ananti in Busan and had a similar experience. This standardization is comforting. Ananti Gangnam is walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Will definitely stay here again.

Room is great as always, amazing gym, kind staff, but always find their parking system inefficient. Takes a while to get the car, car elevator malfunctioned and had to use the cab, but the staff did compensate for the taxi fare, delivered the car to my location and was apologetic. Regardless, it demonstrates issues around their parking system

Hotel was nice, but definitely not a 5 star experience, itโ€™s quite basic for the price with breakfast not included. Gym and swimming facilities are great but you have to pay extra for the sauna. I think maybe itโ€™s priced for 4 people staying, but the beds are small.

Great staff, great location. Room was nicely decorated. Very noisy at night, room above we could hear loud footsteps on timber steps and dragging furniture every night until 2 or 3 in the morning. Also loud running water pipes in the wall next to beds. Water pressure and temperature was an issue early on but rectified by the engineer turning up the water heating for the whole hotel.
