Our host Dewi was great and always tried to help us, but our experience at this villa was very negative. We kept having running water problems where we had hard time taking showers and washing up. This was no fault of our host because she did everything she could. The owners tried to offer a free massage when we were checking out instead of trying to resolve the water problem during our stay there. I rather stay somewhere that actually cares about their guests because the owners certainly do not. They were hard to contact and Vrbo did not help when raising the concerns about our stay there. Please consider another place because you might regret choosing this place like we did. Also avoid booking with this website because their customer support is terrible. It made our trip to Bali a terrible experience and ruined what could have been good memories because of these poor conditions.

Perfect spot in Seminyak

This villa is perfect for a family or two for a great vacation. The service is great, Dewi is such a neat cleaner very respectful and understanding. Location is very strategist and close to the high rated spots, owner is very responsive. Will stay again if we are in the area!!!
